I also had been meaning to ask you about that question too. Although CG is an OG, it is hard to imagine how people will keep seeing her as a kid, despite of the gems' immortality, let alone their formed structure.

Is Seaglass cacable of growing tall or is she stuck being that small forever?

Seaglass is doomed/blessed to forever be Just A Little Guy. She's not ever gonna get much larger than she is now, though she can temporarily change her size with shape shifting, just like any other gem.
