this year (so far) has been tough for me. i struggled with insomnia, i ended up relying on medication just to relax and be able to fall asleep, i lost friends who ended up not being real friends after all, i lost control over my emotions, i felt like opportunities were not arriving when i needed them to. i felt stressed out and confused. i had all of the tools to help me fix things (subliminals, affirmations, books, a great self-concept) and yet i felt stuck. i felt intense fear.
