Sigewinne had recently acquired a new pack of stickers and with the traveler currently visiting the Fortress of Meropide, made a small challenge of seeing how many stickers she could slip on to her without notice. 

She walked up behind Lumine, slipping a sticker on to her skirt before moving to be in her sight, "Hello Lumine! Hi Paimon," the melusine chirped, smiling at the two of them, "How are you two doing?" Her eyes scanned over the woman and her companion, silently inspecting for both injuries... and spots to hide a sticker, giving a small smile, "I hope you both are doing well and are uninjured."

Unfortunately, her company did not seem to share said sentiment as he simply hovered above her with 'that look' on his face. You know, the one where it was obvious he was questioning her sanity. "Come on, Erasmus~ Loosen up a little and join me! What's so bad about having some harmless fun every once in a while?

He didn't answer her right away. Now, with energetic light circling behind him faintly, he was using a low level talent to float above the insanity around him. Eventually, he sighed, shaking his head, leaned back as he hovered there just above where her hop allowed him to reach.

"Perhaps it's not bad, but it certainly seems like a waste... How old are you again?" he asked the question with mild disdain.

He finally lowered back to the ground, pacing around the mushroom, still refusing to join in on this 'fun'. He glanced up as she jumped, looking up from under his hat. He didn't exactly like the accusation of needing to loosen up.

He was loose. He just wasn't a fool.

The heat was quite fierce, yet it was not something the Adeptus could not endure. After all the summer’s heat was a tickle compared to the bain that befell him every minute of every day. However, through his concentration his ears caught the sound of his name..it was the traveler. So, with haste Xiao instantaneously arrive before her, prepared to quell the threat she was in..only to find out it was just her…at the coastline and it really made him wonder if she’d actually use the privilege he’s given her for granted..again. ❝ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲?  ❞  Still he suppose he could just give her the benefit of a doubt.

It was another beautiful day in Teyvat. The winds were blowing in the distance, while Xiao found himself resting on the ground with his eyes closed. He was very much content there but then he felt a shadow block the sun. His eyes slowly cracked open to find a familiar face hovering over him. He slowly sits up, lazily looking over to her.

"Good evening, Traveller. I didn't expect anyone to find my hiding spot." He says calmly. Now she had his full attention looking her over. "Is something wrong?"

To try to glean a hint of the future from something as trivial as the dregs left at the bottom of one's cup seemed almost nonsensical. Yet with lives as fleeting as their own, he supposed it was only natural for mortals to fret about the future and attempt to influence it by whatever means necessary.

And, in some ways, it was an effective means of telling one's fortune. The way a person may choose to interpret the meaning of the leaves oft said much more about them than they themselves might realize.

Zhongli's own teacup is spared a mournful glance -- empty, with no mora left for another refill. But there is good fortune in his own future, for he has already sensed a set of watchful eyes in the form of the Traveler and Paimon, watching from across the street.
