Do you have bios for your characters anywhere?

I know you have an art archive with tags for each character, but I feel like I'm missing something when everyone else seems to know so much about your ocs and idk if its just from following you for a long time or scrolling back through your archives, but I wanted to know more about Talon and who/what he is and I wasnt sure where to look :'3

Hiii, I do not! The art archives/little comics and doodles show the Character Foundations i guess, i think people Know from following me bc i ramble in tags a lot...i have a tag for oc text but i also wouldnt recommend it for learning about Talon specifically since he's changed so much already since his inception and many old posts in that tag are not applicable anymore (like this one probably wont be).

Dis is also why I can't feel comfortable making an easy to find character bio that some people will maybe only ever read once and have that solidified in their brain regardless of updates ! He's my newest oc so he's always changing and there's lots of empty plot in the timeline left to fill in, too.

Hello! Out of curiosity, how do you record your previews of your live2D models? I've been dabbling in making vtubers myself but I don't know how to show them off, haha

i used to use streamlabs OBS but now i just use regular OBS! :]

streamlabs OBS has a much more simplified and user friendly layout than OBS but i believe OBS has more features for streamers! either works fine for recording footage of your live2d models tho!

Laura Winter: The one thing I think all of us watching the Formula 1 this season have noticed in you, and indeed your engineer Tom Stellard also said to me as well, is that you are the defitinion of calm, not relaxed. As soon as he said those words to me, I thought that is exactly how I’d describe Oscar. Is that something that has always been in you? Is that something that you feel has always been that way or do you specfically train and work on that?

Oscar Piastri: It’s uh- a bit of both. I think naturally I’m quite calm and sort of low energy, low frequency. Laura Winter: But you are not laid back or relaxed or lazy and i think there’s the- ‘cause you are still laser focused and there is still a burning ambition. Oscar Pastri: Yeah- Yes, definitely. I think for me that’s always been an important line to draw, is that sometimes calmness can come across as laziness or a lack of caring and it’s definitely not that. You know, there are times were it can dip into that and you have to manage it, but i think for me it’s just how i operate best. My thinking on things is very much that uhm… negative emotions in short bursts are good, but they don’t generally add that much. So trying to deal- you know in terms with solutions is a much better way and being able to think clearly and come up those solutions with a clear state of mind is very important. So that’s something I’ve kind of always had in my personality I think, but, also something that I’ve consciously worked on as well. So uhm… definitely a bit of both. Laura Winter: That is very good advice, I will take that.

Predictably, I found no statements condemning Hamas for massacring 1,200 Israelis.

The creation of the ACW is not Qatar’s first effort to use a Washington think tank as part of its influence operation. In 2007, it convinced the Brookings Institution to open a center in Doha. A few years later, the emirate agreed to a $14.8 million, four-year donation to help fund the affiliate in Qatar and a project on United States relations with the Islamic world. Brookings closed the center in Doha and stopped taking money from the emirate in 2017. Previously, it listed Qatar as one of its top donors, giving more than $2 million. Brookings’s divorce came after its president, Gen. John R. Allen (Ret.), was investigated by the Justice Department for illegally lobbying for Qatar (no charges were brought).

A former visiting fellow at the Doha Center who went on to teach at the University of Queensland in Australia offered one clue to the impact of associating with Qatar. Saleem Ali told The New York Times, “If a member of Congress is using the Brookings reports, they should be aware—they are not getting the full story.” He said he had been warned during his job interview not to criticize Qatar in his published work. “There was a no-go zone when it came to criticizing the Qatari government,” said Ali. “It was unsettling for the academics there. But it was the price we had to pay.”

Qatar didn’t hide what it expected to get for its contributions. When Brookings renewed its agreement for the Doha center in 2012, the Times reported that the Qatar Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced, “the center will assume its role in reflecting the bright image of Qatar in the international media, especially the American ones.”

When Brookings finally dumped Qatar, the emirate lost the prestige of associating with a prominent think tank. Undeterred, the Qataris created their own to give an academic veneer to their influence campaign.

Evaluating the impact of Arab funding on higher education is often a chicken-and-egg proposition. Are professors on the advisory board spreading propaganda because they get paid or are they recruited by Qatar to its stable of apologists because they are anti-Israel (I’ll leave it to others to decide if they’re also antisemitic)? If there is no financial or professional benefit, why associate with Qatar?

Whatever their reasons, they have affiliated themselves with the country that supports Hamas and Islamists.

Neopets Gatomons!! Just did some basic colors for now! c: plus Baby and Desert! I want to do a second batch later with some more complicated colors like Plushie and Faerie!!

The base is pretty much traced from official gatomon art, just Neopet-ified slightly! I removed the paw pads on the bottom of her feet cause I can't seem to recall any time pawpads have been present on pets. I left the ones on the gloves tho cause it looked a little weird without them.

The Desert one is based loosely on Ankha from Animal Crossing!

I forgot shading lol...
