Funky Friday!

This Funky Friday inspiration is no other that Jeffrey Campbell! I am sure we have mention him on Mondays: LA based designers. His funky crazy corky style is what makes him worthy to be on this week’s slot. 

Campbell has been creating shoes since he was18 years old while starting his career working at a local Nordstrom in Los Angeles. By 2000 he began creating shoes out of his garage. There is were he created wood carved wedges, crazy hand dyed colors, and vintage flower patterns using unique fabric choices. Need we question why his is now as "The Wedge King"?

Jeffrey Campbell is now a family affair since his wife and two daughters have joined in the business. Campbell is still incredibly humble, shy, and prefers to be behind the scene.
