It's a different thirst Thursday post today. I just wanted to remind you all to hydrate. It's very warm these days and hydration is very important as many people, including me, forget to drink water. Along with that, remember to rest when needed and take breaks. Sometimes things can get very overwhelming so a break is important and needed to recharge.

And following that a nice swim at the beach or pool always helps me too. Why I am in there with clothes? That's a long story! 😅

And I'm also adding some photos of some drinks we have at the Cafe bar, refreshing and delicious. No I'm not getting paid to advertise the bar 😂

[ ♡ ] posting a little throwback before the trees start changing color and autumn rolls in, to when i got to go swimming and hang out by the pool to cool off from the summer heat early in the season. as much as i love summer and using the heat as an excuse to wear clothes that show off my arms, fall has always been one of my favorite seasons! nothing beats strolling down the street under a canopy of gorgeous brown-orange leaves, holding a warm, freshly-made hotteok in one hand and the hand of the love of your life in the other. ah, i can feel the cool autumn breeze already~

[ ✉ ] i realize that everything we do comes with a risk, big or small. even something as mundane as leaving the house to get groceries puts us at risk of something happening to us, we just tend to overlook it because it's something we've done so many times before yet nothing bad has ever happened. but that doesn't mean something bad won't ever happen.

loving someone also comes with risks. it's a big gamble—this person will either break your heart, or be the one you spend the rest of your life with. i think of this every time someone catches my interest, and ultimately, the fear of getting hurt again stops me from acting on my feelings. in my mind, if it's meant to be, fate will take care of it, right? whether i do anything or not, whether i confess my feelings or keep them to myself, if it's meant to be, it'll be.

Another Wednesday, another adventure out and about~ are you all excited for it to actually feel like Autumn? I want to break out my sweaters already. I'm tired of all these warm days.. Maybe this is why I'm more of a night owl- the end of summer definitely has it's perks though, the festivals, picnic weather, the beach isn't as hot during the day~ Ah, all the possibilities. So, I’ve been teaching Hui how to control his powers. It hasn’t gone horribly, but it hasn’t gone smoothly either. He’s tried to kill me probably a thousand times now.

That’s definitely an exaggeration. It’s actually only been like four.

Okay, maybe it was a little exaggeration. Anyways, here’s a picture of one of the times I almost died, good thing I have good reflexes. I wasn’t able to stop it before it hit one of the mirrors at the cabin though.

That wouldn’t have killed you even if it did hit you, stop being so dramatic. We replaced it. But we’ve been banned from using powers inside the cabin now, which is pretty understandable. Oh, and Hyunjin’s… Bruise? Burn? Whatever you’d call it, is already starting to look better.
