Very nice from @stastnoucestu . . - Zámek Žinkovy V druhé polovině 17. stol. vznikl v místech původní tvrze raně barokní zámek, který byl v roce 1897 přestavěn do pseudorenesanční podoby vídeňskými architekty H. Helmerem a F. Fellnerem. Po roce 1948 sloužil zámek jako odborářská zotavovna ROH. Současný majitel zámek zrekontruoval. V průběhu rekonstrukce byl zámek čas od času zpřístupněn veřejnosti (dny baroka, dny kulturního dědictví apod.). Tak tomu mělo být i po rekonstruci. Amazing photos of Bojnice Castle from @stastnoucestu . . Bojnice Chateau is a romantic chateau with a partially preserved Gothic and Renaissance foundation of the castle. It is built on a travertine rock and consists of an indoor and outdoor castle with three courtyards. During the tour we can also look into the cave under the castle. From 1889 to 1910, the last feudal owner Ján František Pálfi undertook the last extensive reconstruction of the chateau, which was in the neo-Gothic style. It was thanks to this reconstruction that the chateau acquired its characteristic features and contemporary appearance. The Bojnice chateau also includes the adjacent chateau park, in which many different specimens of trees grow and the rare, approximately 700-year-old, Linden King Matthias in front of the entrance to the chateau. This lime tree is probably the oldest tree in Slovakia. Very nice castle, Lietava, in Slovakia. . . Photo taken by @stastnoucestu . . . 🇨🇿Zřícenina hradu Lietava patří k nejrozsáhlejším hradním objektům na Slovensku.  V roce 2009 byl hrad zapsán na seznam nejohroženějších památek na světě pro rok 2010, který vydává americký Světový památkový fond. O alespoň částečnou sanaci a konzervaci zbytků hradu se pokouší občanské sdružení, které v roce 2008 získalo hrad do svého vlastnictví. 🇬🇧The ruins of Lietava Castle are one of the largest castle buildings in Slovakia. In 2009 the castle was included in the list of the most endangered monuments in the world for 2010, issued by The World Monuments Fund.
