If you want to exercise, don't force yourself to do something you hate, try things out and find something you enjoy.
If you want to eat healthier, don't force yourself to eat things you don't like or even worse not eat at all. Find foods you like and eat those.
And! You can always add things or change things later. Eat the chilli out of a can today, and if you like it you can learn to cook it yourself later.
Also lots of vitamins are fat soluble so you need some fat to absorb them anyway so don't feel guilty about the sauce
Listen to your body, it knows better than some tiktok influencer.
It's a lot healthier to go for a daily walk than to sign up for a gym membership you won't be using because you hate that kind of exercise. It's a lot healthier to eat a frozen meal than to skip a meal because you were too tired to cook something healthy. It's a lot healthier to take a quick shower than to procrastinate an elaborate routine for days. Don't aim so high that you won't be hitting anything!
