#my hair rn it's like shoulder length with layers but lately I've been seriously considering growing it out-#funny bc I had a haircut literally last week but idkk I'm being influenced by seeing the long haired girlies#the problem is that I hate the intermediate state 😭 every time my hair passes my shoulders I feel the urge to cut it#but at the same time I'm curious to see how I would look like bc last time I had long curly hair was prob when I was like 11?#before I started straightening it#yeah idk we'll see how I feel abt it in a few months#it's interesting bc my in my head it's like#childhood: long curly hair#pre-teens: long mostly straight hair with curls at the end#teenage years: curly bob (?) with a side part and natural color#[ then the very few months at the start of uni when I had bangs ]#start of young adulthood: curly long bob (?) with a middle part and orange/red ombré#So because of this I feel like I would be entering a new era at the same time that I'm revisiting my childhood in a way#I never got to see older me with long curly hair and it and it hits me a little bit#bc it would be the direct aged up version of my childhood self#it's just hair but idk man it's been a ride#so yeah yeah let's see if I can grow it out#tslotbt
