see my ideal skystar is an ugly divorce after skyfire realises that starscream has always been kind of an awful person and those traits have only become more exaggerated while he was in the ice. so on top of dealing with the knowledge that a civil war has decimated cybertron and everything he knew is gone, hes also got to grapple with the fact that his one constant is terrible in ways he cant just ignore or brush off anymore

#starscream for the most part had plenty of time to get over skyfires loss. even w the 4 million year nap in between lol #like would it be nice to have skyfire by his side? sure. but he doesnt NEED sky. hes done well enough without him. a real idgafer tbh #TRUTHFULLY i dont rly like them as a romantic couple at all but like if its gotta be romantic then they Need to divorce. badly.#i say ugly divorce but its only rly ugly on skyfires side. for starscream its just another betrayal to add to the stack. nbd
