hey, anon! great question. it features that classic street fair type of vibe when it comes to the vendor stands & food stands, but there are also carnival type attractions (read: games and rides such as a ferris wheel, carousel, tilt-a-whirl, etc.) along the beachfront, too.

yes and yes, actually! for your blogs, you can do mumu (with a proper tagging system) or individual blogs/side blogs.

ooh, i think it’d be fun to see more career - oriented muses, people who love what they do and are really happy with where they’re at in their lives. also, inversely, i think it’d be cool to see more muses who are sort of like drifters? they go from town to town and, for the time being, they’re calling pelican town home. personality-wise, i’d love to see more people who tend to be very cut-and-dry, more headstrong muses, more muses who get caught up in their own dreams, muses who are on the run (from what? you tell me!) and muses who desperately want to get out of pelican town.

hi! the jojamart is an out of town business that is run by the joja company! unlike in the games, it's not exactly as menacing in our world. you could have a muse whose family franchises / runs it (as in they or a family member is the manager!)

hey! oh, yes. please bring us a muse from a foreign place. i explained this a little bit in this ask, but basically, the pelican town & greater stardew valley area of this group is a very diverse place, so many languages are spoken there but the predominant languages are english and korean! your foreign muse could learn both of those language, should they speak something else as a mother tongue, but it's up to you!
