Religion was.. a very big part of Vynera’s people, the Uldarik’an. They worshipped four different gods and she recalled temples and various churches when she was a girl. This one was.. very similar. And yet also different. The windows were dull and everything was layered in a thick coating of dust and there was a hollow feeling to this.

Most people would have found this scene frightening or unnerving but she was calm, tail sweeping as she approaches an altar, unwary that she wasn’t the only figure here but she liked the quiet and the solitude of being alone in an abandoned place of worship. Like the god of this church was only in a slumber.

Large orange ears swivel, picking up sounds and Vynera just… stands there, hands folded at her front, staring up, around, to the side-

“Ah-!”

She flinches upon finally noticing another figure standing nearby, jumping as a hand rests on her chest, a gesture of being startled as her tail curls around her legs.

“Oh, I-I’m sorry! I didn’t realize.. that.. anyone was here…”

On the other hand, religion to Khimerydians was close to non-existent; their kind was more of the agnostic sort, choosing to favour science and factual evidence over faith and belief. But there was still something about temples, churches and the likes that felt peaceful no matter how vibrant or derelict they were. A good place to gather one’s thoughts—

—Until they’re interrupted. Unintentionally, mind, but interrupted nonetheless. A soft sigh escaped the sniper as his train of thought was thwarted. He’d been leaning against a pillar nearby the altar, just out of sight from anyone who would have wandered in through the front, so it came as no surprise to him that he would surprise his unexpected guest.

“Thieves have long since raided what little was here. Nothing of interest is left.” His voice was deep, even, but lacked warmth - while not unwelcoming, it was evident from the way stared unblinking, arms folded across his chest, that he wasn’t welcome to idle chatter.  “I was under the assumption that this premises was not open to the general public. It is structurally unsound. You should leave before you get hurt.”

[[ What it do y’all, I’m still kicking. Sadly my muse for my destiny ocs are at an all time low but I’m wanting to become more active if I can. Life has been busy with a new working schedule where I work longer days in return for getting a third day off and it’s exhausted me so far, but having the three days is also pretty nice. Aside from that, I’ve had a lot of things going on between birthdays and my younger sister getting ready to move to Florida so I’m kind of dealing with that. I’m worried as any big sister should be but we’ve been essentially joined at the hip for most of our lives so I’m anxious to see her go.

Aside from that and being more active on some of my other blogs, I’ve had little energy, but I’m hoping to get back into writing on here fairly soon! If I’m still feeling the hype, I might put out a starter call later tonight.

Vynera - Shaymin - Gratitude Pokémon - Grass type/Grass and Flying type

The flowers all over its body burst into bloom if it is lovingly hugged and senses gratitude.

It can dissolve toxins in the air to instantly transform ruined land into a lush field of flowers.

Not only is a Shaymin normally nice, always willing for a good hug, and cute, but she eventually gets to grow flowers of her own just with a single power, purify a toxic environment, but with a special item, gets a greater form which allows her flight. I am pretty sure perfect for Vynera. Also, Shaymin is a Legendary pokemon

Just don’t watch the movie with it in it. That Shaymin is a dick

Kal-Sar -  Pangoro - Daunting Pokemon - Dark and Fighting type.

Although it possesses a violent temperament, it won’t put up with bullying. It uses the leaf in its mouth to sense the movements of its enemies.

From the slight twitches of its bamboo leaf, it deduces its opponent’s movements. It’s eager to tussle but kindhearted toward its companions.

This rowdy Pokémon boasts great physical strength. Many Trainers are also smitten by its lively character.

I mean, not only is the colour on point, but other than a violent temperament (Which honestly after whole The Exodus, he probably has a bit more of), He pretty much screams Kal-Sar to me. Also: he looks like a grump

Qessyn saw off yet another patient in the makeshift hospital, one among a team of doctors from the SOV Alliance (mostly from Ieuzuno) sent to the world of Uldiria. A world which only hours ago was freed from the grasp of the Exodus by a single woman.

Qessyn looked at said woman and smiled. “Keep them coming in. We’re dispatching teams to other regions as quickly as we can, so we don’t get overwhelmed here.”

[[ I think Razok has definitely been my favorite this last year. He (and Sozal to a degree) have been my most active muses and they’ve both gone through a lot of development. Even a full year later I’m still finding new things to do for them and I feel like they’re going to be muses that I’ll be keeping around for a long time. ]]

[[ ( @starbound-surviivxr ) Vynera has also been a huge favorite for me lately as well. She’s not quite as active right now, but I’m working out new ideas for her every day it feels like. I love her in the fact that she’s completely original and therefore has no boundaries. My only gripe is that because there’s so little to go off of, starting threads can be a bit more difficult. ]]

[[ ( @amanipxwer ) And finally a bit of a throwback: Khyrodius was a character I played from the game TERA, big guy, bigger armor, old and grumpy but still had a good heart. I haven’t written him in a long ass time considering the fandom for Tera is essentially non-existent aside from big sweaty weaboos flaunting their Elins around in maids dresses acting like they’re the coolest thing since sliced cheese, but I digress. I still love Khy with all my heart and have managed to keep his blog around all this time, which I think speaks volumes. ]]

Top four favorite shows:

[[ I’ll be honest when I say I’m not much of a tv person. I prefer things that can keep me engaged and busy, but I do have a list of shows I used to watch when I was younger: 

Tom & Jerry: I watched this show a LOT when I was growing up and it’s still my favorite to this day. I honestly think the show is very underrated and was easily better than a lot of the stuff we see today for kids.

America’s Funniest Home Videos: I used to watch this show every night during dinner time. It was very family friendly and gave us some entertainment while we ate.

Ghost Adventures: I still watch this show every now and again considering I’m a huge paranormal nut. Even got to the point where I was tempted to grab my sister and go on a huge paranormal hunting spree but alas, we lacked the equipment and funds lol still something I’d like to do someday, though.

Fairy Tail: One of only two Animes I actually watched and enjoyed, aside from Overlord. I love the idea of a fantasy world of magic users and the variety of magic that’s used gets broader every day, from something as simple as Element Magic (Fire, water, ice, etc.) to Script Magic, Holder Magic, and Transformation Magic - and that’s just scratching the surface of all the different types and uses. This show is also where I get my ooc faceclaim from. ]]
