headcanons about zen + jumin + saeyoung reacting to the mc putting on a performance for everyone during the rfa party??? ( let's assume that the mc is a great dancer + singer hehu )

this is after the rfa party so basically their own party at the karaoke! enjoy!

zen

you have been helping him with reading lyrics and random songs to practice his vocals. 

he knows you can sing, but you were just playing around.

so when you told him that you are going to perform,

THIS BOI WAS SO SURPRISED.

you started off by singing a calming song. 

zen was quick to pull his phone out and record everything.

but he dropped his phone when the song’s beat dropped and you started dancing. 

each beat, your body hits it so smoothly and powerful. 

zen was so sure that he was sweating under his white party coat so he took it off. 

put the goddamn coat back! yoosung screamed at some point. 

“what the fuck,” he could only utter. 

oh, the beast inside of him awaken too. 

jumin

he knows you can sing since he has heard you singing lullabies to elizabeth the 3rd. 

but he has no idea that you can dance!

jumin was sitting in the table with the rest of the rfa members when it was your turn to perform on stage. 

seven plugged in the number of the song you requested. 

AND THE BEAT DROPS

as well as jumin’s jaw. 

you literally went down there, girl. 

and he was so surprised. 

seven and yoosung was rocking along with you. 

zen is currently praying for the beast inside of jumin.

which had been released ever since you dropped it low. 

let’s just say that jumin’s beast was out the moment you guys enter in his penthouse. 

saeyoung

this b o i was messing around when he says that you can dance to everyone. 

of course, you can dance, but you have been hiding it since the day you had an accident. 

so, it has been a while since you dance. 

saeyoung knows this but didn’t say a word. praise him. 

it was getting rowdy in the karaoke with jumin singing with a monotone voice a bombass song. 

you unconsciously started dancing. 

of course, you haven’t notice it since you are so used to it. 

every beat, your body follows so smoothly. 

saeyoung was bopping his head and started cheering for you. 

everyone was so clueless and so awestruck. 

and that’s when you noticed. 

you stopped. 

saeyoung didn’t stop cheering for you. 

oh, he also hacked into the security camera inside of that karaoke to get a copy of your dancing.

2. “Come dance with me.”

86. “For science!”

Saeyoung was in a funk. He’d been quiet over the past two days, and she had a feeling it had to do with whatever code he’d been working on. He’d been coding for too long to give it up all together, but there were some projects that affected him.

Nothing she’d tried seemed to break him out of his mood. Not his favorite meal, not ice cream, not even silly cat videos. Saeran had shrugged, telling her that Saeyoung would snap out of it in time. 

She’d returned from work to find Saeyoung curled up in a blanket burrito on their couch. She decided to ignore Saeran, not planning on giving up on letting him stew in his own emotions.

She walked in front of him, sticking out her hand for him when he finally looked up at her. 

“Come dance with me.” She told him, smiling at him. He raised an eyebrow for a moment, but he freed his hand from the burrito to take her hand. She pulled him up and at the same time he emerged from his blankets.

“Any reason you suddenly want to dance?” Saeyoung asked her as she lead him to the center of the living room. She pursed her lips, in thought for a moment, before grinning.

“For science!” She declared, and for the first time in days he laughed. It instantly filled her chest with warmth.

“What are we testing?” He asked her, clearly amused as they began to sway.

“Testing to see what can make Saeyoung feel better.” She told him. He nodded, looking contemplative for a moment, but then his smile returned, soft, but full of affection. 

“It look like your hypothesis worked then.” She grinned.

“Not at first, but, you know, trial and error and we got there.” He laughed at her before pressing his forehead to hers. 

“Thank you.” He said softly. 

“Anything for you~” She whispered in return, and they continued to sway together, moving to a music that only the two of them could hear.

Neither of them noticed the door open for a moment before it shut, absorbed in their own world. The other occupant of the apartment smiled to himself, happy with their happiness. 

However, that meant he needed to find somewhere else to go.

Thing One and Thing Two are being sappy in the living room. Can I come over?
