The #StairNinja had a great morning climbing some stairs with my buddy Ben Creen at the Met building. Climbed it x4 = 160 floors = 3424 steps. Times were - warm up in 10min, then 8m40s, then 7m43sec, then cool down climb in 12min. I have climbed the Met since April 1st of this year. Lets just say my lungs & legs held up. All done before 8am this morning.
