#hbcuqueens inteoductions: Aliyah “Ali” Davis is the 81st Miss Savannah State University. She is a Senior, Journalism & Mass Communications Major from Atlanta, Georgia! During her matriculation at Savannah State University she has served as Miss Sophomore 2016-2017, Junior Class President 2017-2018, a Community Assistant, a member of the National Council of Negro Women SSU Collegiate Section, Savages INC Modeling Troupe, Residents Hall Association, Her Campus & more. During Aliyah’s Reign as Miss SSU she hopes to bring awareness to mental health issues and bridging the gap between the faculty, staff, students and Alumni as she reigns on the Platform of AliLovesSSYOU! After graduating from Savannah State University, Ali plans to continue her education at another HBCU, Howard University, where she will obtain her Masters in Film.
