February 1st Prompt: Red

...just kidding here’s the actual pic:

The Summoning

Their precious Soul Riders had failed. Their order was crumbling from within. Enemies awaited at every turn. And so at last, in one final, desperate bid for victory, they turned to the arts they had once shunned, banned from their order. But therein lay the rub, for as the generations had passed, so too had the knowledge gone from their minds, until none knew the old rites and laws as they once had. And so it was that when they called forth a being from the Chaos, their new champion from beyond the worlds... they did not know. They did not know what they had summoned.
