Arlong and his Squid from my Arlong x Reader 'Get You Some Arlong' fic. I'm still working on Squid's "final" look, I keep messing around with her hair but this is the best style I like so far. And no, the goldfish on her shirt isn't a reference to Otohime, it just meant I was hungry for goldfish crackers. Nom nom.

I always imagined Squid to have mottling on her skin like I see some aquatic creatures, like on the outside of her arms along her back and tentacles.

Colored/uncolored included for comparison and fun. I did this on Paint because I don't have Photoshop or anything fancy but I had fun all the same.

Is one of my favorite slice of life/ comedy anime I'd seen in many years. Not only is it adorable and easy to casually binge watch at a slow pace, its also a family friendly show!

Squid Girl follows Ika Musume, a half squid half girl sea creature that comes up to invade the human world for polluting the ocean. However, through some silly hijinks, she ends up working as a waitress for the damages she causes and actually ends up living with the humans who sort of adopt her into their family. The episodes focus on her day to day life learning about humans, how she learns to grow closer to her new friends and how she still tries to invade the land anyway.(*´ω｀)o

The show has 2 seasons with each season containing 12 episodes each, so it isn't a very long anime. This was one of the ones I showed to my siblings as they were getting into anime growing up and they always recall how fun it was to watch and nostalgic it is for them. If you're looking for a nice and cute anime to watch with your family, friends or even just for yourself - Squid Girl is a big personal recommendation!

I just scrolled through @squidgirlautism ‘s blog. All posts that come up in the search bar for “zionism” are either asking why they’re getting an influx of anon hate or a post about how running Jewish doctors out of business is antisemitic. Posts tagged with “Israel” are about artifacts or expressing joy over hostage releases. “Palestine” and “zionist” return nothing.

Unless your claim is that everyone is either a zionist or an antizionist with no in between, you are a piece of shit that is trying to harass a random jew online. If that is your claim, you are a still a piece of shit, just in a slightly different way.
