So I’ve never been a turnip person. We didn’t eat them growing up. And I’ve never heard of a “spring turnip” before Monday when I got the newsletter saying it was an option for my CSA share. I tweaked all aspects of this recipe. I roasted them for 25 minutes, and could have gone for another 10 or so. They were still a little too raw. I also added more mustard to the dressing because I didn’t find it particularly mustardy (but I like some bite!)
