So I got a new computer the other day. I’m typing on it right now, I love it. My grandparents helped me to get it, I sent them an email saying thank you and also filmed me unboxing the computer. 

Today I edited this video, I spent almost all day editing this video. I went through, and because it was meant for my grandparents I edited out everytime I cursed. I put background music in. I put text in. I made a thumbnail for the video. I uploaded the video, published it, linked it in the email, and sent the email. 

Only as I was watching the video through one last time did I realize I WAS WEARING A TANK TOP THAT SHOWED MY TATTOOS. Normally this would not be a problem, however, the intent of this video was to be sent to my grandparents WHO DON’T KNOW I HAVE ANY TATOOS LET ALONE A WHOLE FUCKING QUARTER SLEEVE PEICE. 

(Side note: my tattoos are awesome and I love them, but I missed telling my grandparents when I got my first tiny tattoo and now I feel like I would give them a heart attack if I came out and said I have multiple and large ones) 

So after I realized this I had to switch that video to private and now no one, not even people who aren’t my grandparents can watch it. So that’s the story all about how I spent the entire day editing a video that no one will see. 

I will be filming a different thank you video for my grandparents tomorow, WEARING A SWEATER.

Tarot Wrap Cover

Today, amonst other things, I made a cloth wrap for my tarot cards. I have been keeping them in a little cloth sack that I took from something else, but now they have their own special cloth. Which works both for storage and for working with the cards. 

The inside is a semi-irdescent blue blue silk and the outside is a grey cotton print with little black flowers on it. The string that secures it is three peieces of twine that I braided together (because I couldn’t find ribbon, but I like this so much it’s okay). 

I did this following the tutorial from @thewitchofwonderlust: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qyIsB3lCCtY except I added some topstitching so that it would lay a little more flat. 

This was fun to make, I’m very happy with how it turned out, and it has already proven very usefull. I’m not very public about anything relating to witchcraft but it is something I’m trying to devote more of my time to.

I Never Post Just Reblog

I don’t really use tumblr as a blog for me to post to, mostly a place to find other peoples art and see fandom content. I don’t even interact with people on this site (excluding my bestie who I also live with and all we do with tumblr is go “I sent you something funny check it out”). 

But now I am making a post. Why? Well because I got a fancy new comuter and I’m very excited about it and want to use it’s nice feeling keyboard but I have nothing to write so now I am writing a post. Also because I enjoy “journistic” writing and have been told I’m good at it and I should start a blog. 

I don’t know how to “start a blog” at least not successful one so I figure I might as well just start typing shit out and posting it and see if that fills the requirements for starting a blog. I’m still going to reblog things though, because I enjoy those things I reblog. 

Anyways, wellcome to me now posting along with reblogging. I hope you enjoy.
