“you really shouldn’t be out here you know...” it’s dangerous if you don’t know what you’re doing, it’s dangerous even if you do... the nineteen year old hunter certainly knows that better than anyone. she just hopes her dad knew what he was doing enough to be out there somewhere she can find him. so a stranger, out in the dark by this place she was searching for clues rose alarm bells. if it’s a demon or some kind of other monster, she’ll deal with it accordingly, but she doesn’t think it is this time. she’s still on her guard, even as she tries to look out for others. then again, most would worry about a girl her age out at this time of night too. they just don’t know mary campbell for who she is. she can handle herself just fine.

favourite flavour(s): Sweet. I love sweet things.

favourite genre(s):  fantasy, romance, angsty things... Love when the romance is more a subplot though... but definitely fantasy. Not too big on sci-fi, because of the science part of it, and I do lean more towards a love of romantasy ;)

favourite movie(s): Um... I don't really know? Disney movies. Star Wars. Titanic is one I can watch all the time, no problem. Harry Potter movies are another that I can just... put on and enjoy for any reason. Oh and Hunger Games.

favourite series: TV series? Book series? What are we talking about? If it's TV... I was a huge SPN fan for a long time. Also The Originals. TVD and Legacies was... okay, but not comparable to Originals. I'm really enjoying catching up on Grey's Anatomy, and watching Yellowstone. Wednesday was also a fun one, and House of the Dragon gave me what I loved about GOT--Targaryens and dragons. hah. And of course, Shadow and Bone.

If it's about a book series you want to know... ACOTAR, Grishaverse, FBAA world are probably my top ones right now. I'm enjoying others, a few standalone things, but I do love the Mortal Instruments and all of those books. I'm just... very behind on them oops.

favourite music: Taylor Swift probably gets the most use, but I generally like country (think 90s-2000s country, like when I was growing up) mostly for the story telling of it. Rock is good, too, but I'm a little more picky there. Classic rock you can't go wrong with hah (and I blame SPN for a good chunk of that, not to mention my dad).

last song: Whatever was playing at the end of s2e5 of Yellowstone in the credits, if I'm being specific. I had my Alexa shuffling "top country" earlier this morning. That was the last of it, but I couldn't tell you what the song itself was.

last series: TV series? Yellowstone. Book series? (that I read or finished?) Read (because I still have more to go) would be the Never After series from Emily McIntire. Finished would probably be up-to-date on FBAA (just not the latest prequel one, ALITF).

last movie: I honestly don't know. I don't watch many movies... Probably Star Wars when it was on TV.

currently reading: Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo. Will probably also start Kingdom of the Cursed by Kerri Maniscalco soon. And when I only have my phone on me, not an actual book, I'm reading Glint by Raven Kennedy.

"jared stan wincel and samstiel shipper" Explains his intense aversion to even just friends Jensen and Misha content or his insistence that J2 are the closest friends ever. He says he doesn't like RPS but he interacts with so many J2 shippers that doesn't seem believable.

I don't take interaction itself as being an active participant, but some of his behaviors do flag me, yes. Hell, I hang out with a lot of cockles people, 2po insists that means I "secretly ship cockles" in the server. When it's more, I wander into the cockles room, I feed the raccoons with information, and I walk the fuck out. Seriously, ask anyone in my server fr, it's the "Min refuses." That's their business man. I just know too much for my own good, but I don't like, sit here thinking about it like, oh my god?

Either way, like -- in the very least, like you said, check the company he keeps. Check who his two sources were, one was drunk at con threatening fans just for daring to ask cockles questions in a cockles greet. He's been proven to knowingly lie about the contents. He warps everything into an anti-Jensen bias whenever he can. Then tries to imply other fans are being dramatic about J2M's friendship.

Like... sure. They don't... hate each other. I too have old friends that went down a weird maga hole on facebook, and no I don't reach out to them much, but due to childhood I'd still probably help them if their house burned down but no, Nat, I really, really don't want to hang out at you and your friends BBQ.

Trying to relate it like this sets this fandom's minds on fucking fire. Like how dare you imply they aren't all equally attached at the hip all the time and sharing everything with each other. Bruh, they're adults on different paths, and Jared's path is most wildly deviated from the other two, and with it comes politics and social rings and yes, avoidance. And frankly this tilt started in 2018, but the end of spn and start of the prequel really took a highlighter to it.

But he only cares about that friendship due to its focus on Jared, because he recognizes Jared is now the most socially detached. All it takes is scrolling everyone's socials for hangouts these days and realizing, like, nobody hangs out with Jared anymore. Once in a while like, DJ a few years back, when he slipped about Van drunk. Or like... Jake? I guess??? I don't know I don't watch Jake. But these aren't exactly the names we'd have expected to be hanging out if we asked ourselves five years ago, and it's eating people alive that they've taken their own paths. Especially hard Jared stans like him, with a wincel lean.

Continuity in canon. For me personally, continuity is like David’s harp... Ahhh.

Things I dislike:

Stupid retcons that assign Sam and John’s relationship to Dean, change the date at which they learned about certain monsters, or make hash of monsters’ and spirits’ established powers and weaknesses.

Stupid people who can’t tell the difference between AUs and headcanons

Misha & Cass. I try not to put too much wank on this blog, but I block Misha- & Cass-related tags, get salty about untagged content, and have no patience with minions trying to spread false rumors or organize boycotts. Same with Destiel and hellers.

RP. No shade if you like it-- I just get annoyed when it breaks up my own  dash.

RPF. If there’s only an occasional post, I’ll just block your tag for it; however, like with RP, following an RPF-heavy account would waste my time.

The funniest thing about this reboot/prequel thing is that if they hadn’t brought Mary back in s12, and just kept them as they were back in s4-5, fans would probably be less mad. And by fans I meant me

John was a shit dad no doubt about that, but there was something interesting in seeing young mary/john especially in 5x13 wherein young john absolutely hates older john, and mary wanted out. As much as she was pretty badass, it was a weird retcon that she suddenly kept hunting after dean was born despite doing everything to get out. It made her forgetting about the 10-year deal way more believable had she got out completely and tried her best to just forget and live that apple pie life.

(Honestly this whole j*rp*d/jackles twitter thing is fricking hilarious like duuude, you could’ve just called jackles??instead of humiliating yourself like whyyy. As opposed to misha, whose only response was a nudge about wanting cas on the show)

yeah i mean, i like mary and i liked the john/mary dynamic in the past episodes of the show but............... idk how they're gonna hold that up for a whole series. like, mary is a hunter and wants out and she's lying to john about who she is. ok. that's a mini-series, at most. it's just strange because we already know their backstory and it's not a happy one! and it's not like they had this soulmates love story because, historically, spn has said that heaven meddling in human affairs (especially involving the winchesters) leads to tragedy and free will is the ultimate goal that should be reached. but that obviously can't happen within the confines of this show so ????

and i mean, re: j2. i feel bad for jared because it sucks that he wasn't told but he did NOT have to take it onto a very public platform. like you said, this should have been a phone call. we did not have to be part of this. funny tho

character in general: SO. I’ve decided to answer this one because I can. As it stands, I don’t actually know that much about star wars at large. I’ve seen the original trilogy, the prequel trilogy, the newer movies that are out, and a very small portion of Clone Wars, and not always in order. I haven’t seen rebels, and I have played none of the games (sci-fi is strangely difficult for me to process??? idk. I like it, but I’m easily confused by new created worlds sometimes. fantasy is also a difficulty sometimes) So as far as the characters I see on this particular blog, I probably don’t know them at all. But I like seeing all of them on my dash. Also all your other blogs as well. Your blogs in general bring me joy???? Based on the names I see commonly I think I like Kanan Jarrus. He seems interesting to me. Also Kallus.how they play them: I imagine based on you playing characters I do know, that you play them all excellently. Because you’re an excellent writer.the mun: YOU MAKE MY DAY BETTER??? YOUR PRESENCE AND EXISTENCE IS PLEASING. I LOVE YOU A LOT.

Not that I dislike normal, average worlds based on earth, but like. if I was gonna play with star wars characters, you can bet your ass I’d want to make it so it’s in the star wars universe somehow. cause fuck the spn universe sometimes.ship their character with mine: On this blog, not currently. But in a real fucked up, Lucifer’s totally using and manipulating him, and Nick doesn’t actually know what he’s supposed to do because it’s almost like he can’t win no matter what. overall opinion: 10/10 WOULD LOVE FOREVER. DO LOVE FOREVER. I LOVE WYLL, AnD EVERYTHING HE WRITES EVEN IF I’M NOT 100% INFORMED ABOUT THE WORLD(S) HE’S PLAYING IN EVErY TIME.
