How are you dear fandom? I'm discovering more and more clues from this episode... Yockey is a real genius!

Ok... I want to start from here...

First Encounter and how Castiel changed Dean

We've talked a lot about this, but did you imagine the impact in Dean's life being saved by this beautiful Supernatural powerful creature. And the words Castiel said to him, we know now, are making echo all the time in his life, in his head... Michael knows it, and maybe Castiel is so present in his mind that must be overwhelming, and the Archangel is unable to understand that, bc as I said before, he can reach the deepest feelings for Castiel.

So he is mad, and that's why he is mocking Castiel and Everyone else important in Dean's life, but in Castiel's case is different, is doing it because he knows something is there between this Seraphim and this hunter going on causing the Archangel not being able to complete the bond with his vessel.

So ok, we had seen this last seasons how the writers were using classic Destiel quotes in other characters to show us different meanings or to show us the singular/plural receptors. But this time, this time is so different... Because Michael is using the classic quotes (with so much meaning in Dean's heart and mind) to mocking them.

"Yeah, so he is important to you bc he rescued you from hell? Big deal..." So he doesn't understand the depth of Castiel and Dean'd relationship, he is like a child, and bc he has afraid of it too, something that he doesn't know... Can't reach.

That's why he is trying to break every bond Dean has with his family, and with this Angel that, for him, must be a mystery. As it was for Qareen and Amara (season 11).

This time this means DESTIEL.

Because as I said in my color meta about Mint Condition, Castiel is literally everywhere for Dean, in his mind, but also in his heart. And that's why when Dean remembers him, the blue light is showing us this graphically.

Smiling... Smiling all the way remembering Castiel, not just here, when he was talking about LOVE and STABBING THE HEART, he was smiling saying love can be more crazy than that. And more smiles in 14x06 too, when he touched the rooster, fondly, placing him apart, when the waitress said "Sometimes you only have the sex", he smiled in disagreement, but then fondly, because that's not what love means, he knows now.

Then... Is poetic how this is written... But most poetic is see the huge changes that Castiel provoked in him... Is Castiel aware of this??

Not just this Seraphim has changed a lot because of Dean, Dean had changed a lot too bc of him. But still... There's more work to do...

Still fighting against Toxicity.

So, here is the second part from the Rocky's bar analysis... It has to do with the title I wrote bc... He was literally trapped, locked up in this Emotional Prison (the bar) with time loops, monster that came for revenge, and the avoidance of all that means getting out from there...

The monsters there are the Hunting, FB (Family business). The one that was drunk and sleeping it reminds me to Mint Condition too, remember when they were scaping from the monster, they went into the morgue, and the monsters surprised them bc he was one of the corpses. Ok so this is the Sam, the drunk one surprised Dean and the others too. And now... Beware with the monster that is trapped inside Dean (Michael). Is like saying... The monster was always inside.

And this...

👆Here is like a prison inside a prison, Sam and Cas couldn't reach Dean when he was inside this room. And if you pay attention to the pics on the wall, there's a voluptuous anime girl and a couple of women. And Pam brought him booze to keep him drowned in alcohol. This is his toxic masculinity, in all his splendor. And here is where they have this boyfriend/girlfriend talk and the YOU DON'T WANT ME YOU JUST LIKE TO FLIRT. Is toxic!Dean not wanting to get out. His inner battle between hetero normative and his truly bi self.

So still fighting... But self acceptance will win!

Let's see what happens with the introduction of John! Could this fight end?

To conclude...

The first encounter in the barn is celebrating the 10th Anniversary, and that's why the writers are calling back to the 4th and 5th season that much, and also bc all the issue with Dean and Michael's Possession is one of the centric topics from this season.

Every word and memory related to Castiel, Dean has it present in his mind and soul all the time. The day he came back from Hell rescued by Castiel is the most important turning point in his life.

Castiel came to Dean's life to bring him hopes, faith, and love. Dean began a new path of self knowledge and self acceptance from the day he met Castiel.

But the inner war he has between Healing!Dean and Toxic!Dean needs to stop, we will see how the introduction of John Winchester (representing toxic masculinity and guilt heritage) can heal once for all .

Well I already talked about Pamela in this first part from my Analysis about Yockey's episode.

But for me, this character here is not PAMELA is a complex representation coming from Dean's subconscious.

You know projections in dreams (people and things) are not what they are but what they represent a complicated combination of memories, feelings, trauma, defense mechanism, etc.

So is not just Pamela, is not just Castiel. And the deconstruction for Analysis is very complex, but Yockey wrote it magnificently.

She is DEAN fem side, she is women, she is the random waitress, she is Castiel, she is Trauma, she is Guilt, she is first encounter with Castiel, Bisexuality.

So each quote she used, is related to a different representation.

when she said YOU DON'T WANT ME, YOU JUST LIKE TO FLIRT. That's the women and the waitress.

When she flirts with Castiel, she is Dean. (You can say that subconsciously Dean fem side identifies with Pamela's personality)

Here 👆 Dean and Pamela two sides from the same coin. Bisexuality. But also, there's the foxy rye beer by Pamela's side yelling she is not what Dean wants, bc fox are related with lies and scam. Dean is lying to himself in his emotional prison.

AUMichael mirror of Lucifer, Amara and the Empty (14x10 spoiler)

Good afternoon! This is my second meta from Nihilism 14x10.

If you want to read the first is here and the third part is the Destiel meta I will post it soon too.

I know this parallels had been discussed all over the fandom, but I just wanted to talk about them, because I saw an image from "Nihilism" that caught my attention too, it was focused two time during the episode...

... I will return to this at the end of this meta.

Looking for Chuck's attention

When I first heard Michael saying he will destroy every universe bc he wanted Chuck to appear in front of him... I said... Not that line again!

Because...

Ok.. Deja Vu with Amara destroying everything that breathe, and torturing Lucifer (Chuck's fav son) like... 😥

Not just that, remember Lucifer in season 12 when he was possesing Vince Vincente?

He decided to "have fun" destroying and killing people bc "he could" and bc God had abandoned him again.

So AUMichael and Lucifer with their Dad issues, carrying with the absent father trauma and Amara trying to caught his brother attention, are all in the same bag.

But talking about absent father, this is directly related to Dean and Sam with John Winchester, their ISSUES with him, and it has to do with CAS too... That's why Dean could emphatically understand Cas...

Manipulating minds

Lucifer was always the big manipulator in the show, he uses facts and re order them to fulfill his desires...

But the blantant parallel between Lucifer and AUMichael, was that time when both of them wanted to win Jack's confidence, and win a powerful ally.

Everybody wants the nougat boy but he is already taken by his three beloved dad's. So... Thank you, but not thank you. You can take your offer and put it in the body part where the sun never shines.

AUMichael and the Empty likes to use facts that aren't really totally true to manipulate and break "bonds", in this case ROMANTIC BONDS and FAMILY BONDS, bc doing that, makes the person weak and manageable.

Mocking the weaknesses

I saw a lot of gif set making this funny parallel from our villains mocking our heroes in love.

Lucifer and Michael are so alike in their way to mocking, but the worst of all of them was the Empty.

Bc The Empty knew exactly what was going on there between Castiel and his feelings for Dean, so he tried to use FACTS to manipulate him.

Lucifer is aware of it too when he took possession of Castiel, and he used it too just for fun and mocking, bc that's how Lucifer character profile is.

But AUMichael, AUMichael is frustrated with that information, bc he can't understand the depth of it, bc Dean has it very hidden and repressed. Then AUMichael knows something is there between Castiel and Dean, but can't reach it.

So he mocks what he can't totally understand.

The Empty and AUMichael are the same for Castiel and Dean, they reflect their dark side, they confront them with themselves, their true feelings, repressed feelings, and this is why Castiel and Dean fight back both of them. To release them from their own emotional prisons.

Now... Is time for speculate...

Let's come back to the pic I put first in this meta...

You know about pool, isn't? Ok... But in this table that was shown two times in the episode, there's something interesting... Pay attention to the location of each ball, their colors and the team...

There's three balls in the same line, the two from the lef are from the same team, one green (HELAING!DEAN) and one blue (Castiel) they work together for the same team. But there's one in the right in color red (TOXIC!DEAN) he is from the other team. And they are facing one black, the black is the ball that defines the play, and it could be any villain here... The Empty? AUMichael?, Then divided by the pool cue there's a white one. The white is the ball that hit the others in the game. So I could say this could be God? Jack in a future? Could be Jack the new God?

But this also makes me think about a foreshadow for what is about to come... And what was written in that book that Billie delivered to Dean.

Ok, listen up, this are just speculations, but...

We know those books talks about Dean's death, so... Dean doing a big sacrifice to save the world again, shouldn't be a surprise, But what kind of sacrifice?

If they go with the Infinity War parallel, should be something that Dean was protecting with his life, bc is powerful... Could be Jack? Maybe Dean must kill Jack for some reason related to the AUs. IDK.

Second spec... What if the big sacrifice is the follow ...

Dean is the cage, isn't? Like the cage locked on Hell with our Michael... What if the big sacrifice is "carry with that time bomb inside of him and jump into the AU from where Michael came and let the bomb explode" yes, just him, Dean saying goodbye to his family and to Castiel and jump alone with Michael (helped by AUKaia, the dream walker) and letting Michael there with him. But... That ball blue with the green one and the red one (Profound Bond) facing Michael/Empty make me think, are they two going together to the AU? Maybe Castiel wouldn't let him alone? Maybe? Or are they two going into the Empty together and fight him? And God there too... Are God/Jack the answer? Are one of them save the day? We hope so!

I'm kinda f dizzy right now... But you get the idea... I think?
