The Black and White Hawk-Eagle

Scientific Name: Spizaetus melanoleucus

Region: Southern Mexico southward through southern Brazil

Size: About 20"-24" (~51cm-61cm) long, with a 43"-53" (109cm-135cm) wingspan

Interesting Notes: This austere eagle nests atop one of the tallest trees it can find in the forest canopy - often over 130' (40m) above ground - in order to dive down speedily upon its unsuspecting prey.

May 17, 2017 - Black-and-white Hawk-eagle (Spizaetus melanoleucus, formerly Spizastur melanoleucus)

These hawk-eagles are found in a variety of forested habitats in Mexico, Central America, and eastern and central South America. Their diet is made up of small mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and other birds, including toucans and falcons. Generally solitary, they fly near the forest canopy, dropping down onto their prey from above. Due to their low population density, individuals are uncommon in their large range and are threatened by habitat loss, though they are classified as a species of Least Concern by the IUCN. Little is known about their breeding habits, but a stick nest, placed high in a tree, has been observed.

The black-and-white hawk-eagle (Spizaetus melanoleucus) is a bird of prey species in the eagle and hawk family (Accipitridae). It is found throughout a large part of tropical America, from southern Mexico to northern Argentina. On average, they have a four-foot wingspan.

Personality: Sometimes Anger, Very kind once you know him, Protective, Don’t even make him very angry, He’s the leader of the Mutant team, He has strength almost same to Ace strength but it’s like a half half or something but he’s strong , He likes jelly snacks, He can pull out more arms  making him 4 arms and stronger which was cause by his second power call EVO , He does play games with others but into old games and new ones like if it’s a squeal he play it just some of new consoles games confuses him, the emblem of the Mutants symbol was first founded on Stag back

Age: 20

Height: 5″11

Weapon: Her tail and combat training

Abilities: Very gentle soothing singing voice, Regenerate

Mutants:  Boidae/Pythonidae

Personality: Very gentle and kind, Careful where she goes, use her tail to grab things but can accidentally crush it sometimes, loves to sing, Don’t touch her tip of her tail or ears too, She has stage fright to stranger who want to hear her sing but to her friends she’s ok, She love eggs cause the snake genes made her into eggs and meat but she does eat veggies

Age: 18

Height: Unknown

Weapon: His mouth, Willows, Fire control

Abilities: Go through walls, Control Fires, Creates Willows, Control people’s Bodies, can’t feel pain

Mutants: burn ashes of his original body that recreated him again as a ghost

Personality:  Very Quiet but he’s good, Cover his mouth cause he think it could scare people, Good friends too Skyla, Don’t get him angry, Doesn’t talk about his mutation, she can go through walls and anything that will hit him in battle so he’s like a ghost that need to be hit by another ghost, He likes rock and roll like DragonForce or some other rock from Brutal Legends, His flames depend on his emotion, He’s immortal meaning he can not die which makes him really sad to be immortal

-Gloomy

Age: Unknown

Height: Unknown (she can be same height as Skyla or Melody)

Weapon: Drowning enemies

Abilities: Regeneration, Grow when drink water or any liquid, Different type of liquid would change personality, Heal wounds fast, Clean anything dirty and turn them to small rock, can’t feel pain

Mutants: Slime

Personality: Cute, sometimes confuse, smart, loves to walk around places, Skyla best friend, If too much water she can melt little to her chibi form, She gives out slimy gooey hugs but she love to rest on people head or lap like a cat or bird,  She loves to eat anything but not rotten food or expired food, She doesn’t speak much but she does wave of saying hi

Age: 14

Height: 5′’0

Weapon: Claws, Very strong wings which can hit a person like a karate chop

Abilities:Can grow her talons out to grab something, Her wings and bones are very strong, Can pick up very heavy materials/items

Mutants: Spizaetus melanoleucus (Black-&-White Hawk-Eagle)

Personality: Very Kind and Happy, Play games alot, loves to have fun, Love her friends, She sometimes hide her sadness, anger, and fear, Gloomy and Wisp Best friend,She wears shoes to hide her bird feet but when danger he just release her talons (her wingspan are 4″9), If you see her sad give her a hug to make her feel better, She always cut her talons cause it bother her walking sometimes, She’s not a chicken so she doesn’t lose memories when taking 3 steps
