LEST WE FORGET ❤️ To celebrate the 75th Anniversary of VE Day, I thought I would share this stunning 1:15 scale model of a 1936 Spitfire by Authentic Models @authentic.models and available now from The Conrad Shop online for £695. Fashioned from polished metal and mounted on a sturdy presentation stand complete with an information plaque, this handsome model would make a fitting addition to any interior. - First introduced to the skies in 1936, the Spitfire fighter plane gained notoriety in the Battle of Britain in 1940 and was the main front line fighter in World War 2. The planes engines are Rolls Royce Merlins or Griffons which made the planes super quick reaching its highest speeds of 606 miles per hour. New British Roundel Paint Mask Sets for aircraft used during the early years of World War 2.

Earlier in the Second World War, British Aircraft typically carried a combination of 3 types of Roundels. Type A, A1 and B, with Tail Fin Flashes typically comprising 3 equal rectangles.

We now have a set of paint masks that are specifically designed for early Second World War British aircraft. Each set has 6 of each size in each type of Roundel, as well as the fin flashes.

Sets are discounted based upon buying 3 individual types of Roundel sets. Available to order from 20/11/2019 via our eBay shop, they will be available in 1/24 Scale, 1/32 Scale and 1/48 Scale.
