Piggy idk if you play roblox - I myself never have and don't plan to - but I keep getting YT recommendations for this one roblox trivia game? And the whole thing has massive Jackbox energy. Very SWF Jackbox energy, but it's there, there's a narrator that's just a voice and everything.

I do not play Roblox actually. I was far out of the demographic when it was most popular in my area (around 2013) and kind of despised it because the boys (around 8-12) that would play it at my library would be super loud, yelling at their friends playing in the same server instead of... talking. I feel the same about Minecraft for similar reasons. I just can't shake the "this game is supposed to be sandbox but it's mostly just preteens" mindset

But I mean hey, great alternative to those who get mad that YDKJ is written for adults. Go play Headrush or the Roblox trivia game. Could learn something.

Polar Spirits Shaina Tranquilino December 7, 2024

The icy winds howled across the Arctic expanse as the two rival explorers stood at the edge of the world, the Arctic Circle glittering like a frozen crown beneath the pale light of the full moon. Dr. Elena Frost adjusted her goggles and glared at her companion, Victor Kane, who was busy fiddling with his frost-covered compass.

"Are you sure you know where you're going?" Elena asked, her voice sharp as the wind.

"Better than you, I’d wager," Victor replied, his words laced with frostbite and arrogance. "This isn’t my first polar expedition."

"It might be your last," she muttered under her breath, clutching the tattered map that had brought them here—an ancient document rumored to hold the secrets of the Arctic's ultimate mystery: the Polar Spirits. The spirits were said to guard an artifact of unimaginable power, hidden deep within the icy wilderness. Both Elena and Victor had chased the legend for years, always one step behind—or ahead—of each other.

Now, stranded together after a freak storm had destroyed their teams' camps, they had no choice but to rely on each other.

The ice beneath their boots creaked ominously as they trudged forward, the landscape an endless sea of white. Suddenly, a piercing wail sliced through the frigid air. Both froze.

"What was that?" Victor whispered, his bravado faltering.

Elena's breath fogged in the air as she stared ahead. "The spirits," she said, her voice barely audible. "They’re real."

Before Victor could scoff, a shimmering figure emerged from the mist—a translucent being of ice and light, its form shifting like a snowstorm trapped within human shape. More spirits followed, their ghostly forms surrounding the explorers. Their eyes, or what passed for eyes, glowed an eerie blue.

Elena and Victor instinctively pressed their backs together, their rivalry momentarily forgotten.

One of the spirits stepped forward, its voice a haunting melody that seemed to echo from the depths of the ice. "Why have you trespassed upon sacred ground?" it demanded.

Elena swallowed hard. "We seek knowledge," she said, her voice steady despite the fear clawing at her. "The artifact of the Arctic Circle."

"The artifact belongs to the North," the spirit replied. "It is not meant for mortal hands."

Victor, ever the opportunist, stepped forward. "Wait! We don’t mean to steal it. We’re explorers—seekers of truth. Maybe we can help protect it!"

Elena shot him a look of disbelief. "Protect it? That's your pitch?"

"Do you have a better idea?" Victor hissed.

The spirits conferred in a language of crackling ice, their voices blending into the wind. Then the lead spirit turned back to them. "If you wish to prove yourselves, you must face the trial of unity. The Arctic does not favor the divided."

Before either could ask what that meant, the ground beneath them shifted, and they plummeted into a cavern of glittering ice. The walls sparkled with frozen starlight, but the temperature dropped even further, biting at their skin through their layers.

"What now?" Elena said, her breath coming in gasps.

Victor pointed to a jagged path ahead, flanked by sharp icicles that glowed faintly. "We go forward. Together."

Reluctantly, they began navigating the treacherous path, their movements awkward as they tried to synchronize their efforts. When Elena stumbled, Victor caught her arm, surprising them both. When Victor hesitated at a particularly precarious ledge, Elena extended a hand, pulling him across.

As they moved deeper into the cavern, the temperature began to rise, and the spirits reappeared, their forms less menacing. "You have learned to rely on one another," the lead spirit said. "That is the first lesson of the North. Unity is survival."

Before them, the artifact appeared—a crystalline orb radiating a soft, warm light. Elena and Victor exchanged a glance, their rivalry melting like the ice around them.

"You may take the knowledge it holds," the spirit said, "but remember: it is not yours to wield alone. The Arctic demands balance."

Together, they reached for the orb, their hands brushing as they touched it. Visions of the Arctic's past and future flooded their minds—tales of resilience, harmony, and the fragile beauty of the frozen world.

When they emerged from the cavern, the storm had passed, and the first rays of sunlight danced on the ice. For the first time, Elena and Victor felt not like rivals but like partners, bound by the unyielding lessons of the Arctic and its spirits.

"We make a good team," Victor said with a tentative smile.

"Don’t push it," Elena replied, but her smirk betrayed her.

And together, they began the long journey home, the secrets of the Polar Spirits forever etched in their hearts.

I hope you like it as much as I liked it...and I'm sorry if I made a mistake with the design or something, I'm really limited with my colored/black markers, pencils and various other mostly poor quality things (it had to be Latin American)

Finished! Most murals I paint are for others, in far away lands, so I never get to see them again. This one by my apartment’s entrance is for life though!! Nice smooth wall with a great country view.
