Piggy idk if you play roblox - I myself never have and don't plan to - but I keep getting YT recommendations for this one roblox trivia game? And the whole thing has massive Jackbox energy. Very SWF Jackbox energy, but it's there, there's a narrator that's just a voice and everything.

I do not play Roblox actually. I was far out of the demographic when it was most popular in my area (around 2013) and kind of despised it because the boys (around 8-12) that would play it at my library would be super loud, yelling at their friends playing in the same server instead of... talking. I feel the same about Minecraft for similar reasons. I just can't shake the "this game is supposed to be sandbox but it's mostly just preteens" mindset

But I mean hey, great alternative to those who get mad that YDKJ is written for adults. Go play Headrush or the Roblox trivia game. Could learn something.

Finished! Most murals I paint are for others, in far away lands, so I never get to see them again. This one by my apartment’s entrance is for life though!! Nice smooth wall with a great country view. Currently Reading: My own WIP, obsessively every morning to see WTF I was writing the night before. Most recent book I’ve read was the rules to Necronautilus (TTRPG) and the next book I’m reading is probably another TTRPG rule book because we’re all jonesin’ to roll dice again.

Favorite Color: Orange or Green, predominantly. But I think brown doesn’t get enough love, and I love a good contrast. All colors are good in the right context. Also I married an artist, I think I’m legally obligated to say that.

Last Song: I’ve listened to like four since I started typing because I keep getting interrupted. This exact second, it’s “If the World Was Ending” (JP Saxe and Julia Michaels). I introduced my mother to Tool the other night (for like the ninth time), so we’ve got a LOT of Tool playing in the house right now. 

Last Movie: Enola Holmes (2), I think. I just binged DA:Absolution, and we’re working our way thru LoVM Season 2 as it released which was movie-length periods of time on the couch. We also very recently introduced my husband to A Muppet Family Christmas because my mom and I kept yelling for people to mind the icy patch, because there WAS an icy patch RIGHT by the door that we all kept eating shit on and He Did Not Get the Reference. Given the sheer number of hours it took to get our hands on a copy, it gets a mention, even though it was a month ago.

Sweet/Savory/Spicy: Sweet. I can’t do Umami very well, but a little savory and a little spice are good. 

Currently Working On: My mental health. I know I say this a lot, but being a FT nurse and a FT grad student during covid fucking sucked. It was lucrative, though, and we sold our house in coastal Massachusetts and bought 2x the house on 15x the land in Vermont and got money back, so I can afford to just rest for a little while. My new nursing license just came in, so I’m going to find something to do this Spring to fund the upgrades we want to make on the new place.
