Yesterday was such a joyful day at the opening of my solo show at Forest Edge Stone Gallery in Kallista, Melbourne. The show runs until the end of February 2019. Eyes on the details as this little echidna looks at lunch... I just discovered a baby echidna is called a puggle. This Thursday I set up my solo show and there are still so many pieces I want to complete. Yes... I could set it up tommirrow and have plenty of art but there is always another art piece waiting to tell me its story. I love the nurturing energy of the elephant with this amazing strength of a matriarch and a nurturing member of a community. A true example of feminine leadership at its best. Her story caught me today... I never know what piece will demand my attention or what spirit animal energy I need in the moment.
