Apparently Instagram is full of images of weight loss and posts about weight loss According to the government it is #spirallingoutofcontrol So here's my opinion for What It's worth. Eat what you want when you want. Learn to love yourself. Body images not important. Is your body and you should try your best to look after it. don't try and live up to some skinny many image. Don't let mental health issues drive you to insanity. Happy Saturday! Curls, curls all in a row, my curly routine is down below... Aside from testing new products (always pursuing the curly hair grail) my hair care line up is pretty simple! I use @aussiehairofficial 3 Minute Miracle to detangle and then massage my scalp and rinse. This is my cleanser. Next, I distribute a bit of @Pantene Curl Perfection Conditioner thoroughly and dilute with water. That is my leave in. From here, I use a wide toothed comb to arrange things, scrunch until I'm satisfied, then scrunch more using a microfiber towel. Next, I scrunch in @miss_jessies Jelly Soft Curls and clip/prop up a few curls at the crown to air dry for a while.
