I'm not exactly mad at people who do this, but it is a pet peeve of mine. When they represent Cassandra more masculine. Ie) Wearing a suit to more formal occasions, or disliking more feminine activities.

Like no! Give her pretty dresses! Let her bake! Let her love doing her make up!

I think that it's a larger problem of society equating Feminity with weakness and Masculinity with strength. But the most masculine thing about Casey is her short hair.

Yeah, no hate to people who do make her more masculine, but I feel it's a little shallow.

Capril Lab Partners Update

First off, I want to say that I'm so grateful for everyone who has been following along so far. This is the first long running comic I've ever done, so thank you for the support and lighting a fire under my ass.

Secondly, I'm getting more into the heavier topics of Casey's characterization in this AU. As you guys decided, she's an orphan and was victim to the foster care system. I won't go into much detail in what happened when she was there, but only about how the expierence effects her relationships with people and family. But with that, I think I'm going to make longer parts to avoid losing the tension of a scene, so updates my be few and far between. Also it's almost the end of the school year, so there's a lot of final projects.

Lastly, I would love more interaction with the comic. Send me asks, requests, questions etc. etc. I'm thinking of making a prolouge/extras after I'm finished with the main story, so any input will be greatly appreciated. I hope this doesn't sound like a cry for likes and reblogs, I just think that there is so many creative people that follow me and I want to see what they want to see. :)
