I don’t know her 🤷🏾‍♀️ y’all these wings are good AF! hands down one of my fav sauces ever. RECIPE 4 lbs wings, patted dry avocado oil kosher salt (Diamond Crystals) SAUCE (approx measurements) 3 tbsp tahini 2/3 cup sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp spicy chili crisp sauce 1-2 tbsp soy sauce 2-3 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated 3 cloves garlic, grated Zest from a whole lime Juice from half a lime —Garnish: chopped scallions, white sesame seeds, and cilantro INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAUCE mix everything together and taste it. adjust if necessary. set aside. INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHICKEN: Preheat oven to 450°F. In a large bowl, drizzle chicken with enough avocado oil to evenly coat it. You can use any oil you have for this tbh. Season well with kosher salt. Don’t use any other seasoning because it will burn in that hot ass oven and become bitter. Salt only!! Place the chicken on wire rack over a foil-lined baking sheet (if you don’t have a rack, no worries) and roast for 1 hour. When the chicken is done, pull it out and let it rest for 5 minutes. Place chicken in a clean bowl and toss with the sauce. Toss the scallions, sesame seeds, and cilantro over the chicken.
