Hospitals, PH workers, and EMS watching Uganda declare an Ebola outbreak while CDC is still radio silent with external orgs and can’t communicate with WHO:

If you want a real life example of the impacts of Trump’s actions at a fed level right now, this is what healthcare woke up to today. Will DGMQ be able to send us notifications of high risk travelers so that we can flag them for hospitals and EMS or are we flying blind here? Nobody knows.
