Hours:

Thurs, Fri, Saturday, Sunday 12:30-4:30

After Easter: Thur, Fri, Sat 12-8:30pm, Sunday & Monday 12:30-5:30

Room to advance

Responsibilities:

Be able to stock prep station

Make food in a fast paced environment

Follow recipes accurately

Have a production mindset

Keep a clean work environment

Keep a constant awareness of cross contamination situations

Learn what the kitchen lead needs, execute before lead asks (this will take time learning)

Learn and abide by kitchen health code standards

Wash dishes to health code standards

Clean the floors and mats etc (weekly or biweekly)

Of course our all around guy, Lumberjack Kieth, (not pic, he’s too famous) and his 24” chainsaw did the trunk side. The bunnies will have a new tree house to run through once we make a hole for them. Add a rusty tin roof and maybe some balconies they can jump up onto. 🤔 it will evolve as we go I am sure. (here’s a picture of a different version.)
