Justice for Villain Fans

if your favorite character is a villain, you are valid. just because someone likes a villain who has done heinous things (or at least planned to), it does not mean they condone or justify those actions. if they can find a sympathetic angle for their motives, it does not mean they are excusing their crimes.

complexity and nuance are integral parts to any character, and that includes villains. no matter how irredeemable you may find them.
