theres just raw silken tofu bc if you just add soysauce you can just. eat it. here's what im referring to.

mapo tofu bc yum

tofu pudding, aka dou fu fa or douhua. tofu could be a "meat subsitute" but could chicken make a pudding? never. anyways this is made with soy milk so technicallyyyy it doesnt count, but this is my fave thing ever so.

No one could love wukong as much as these two do and I stand by it

both of them care about him so much even if macaque won't admit it he's as scared as mk of losing wukong forever

the fact that he always helps mk saving wukong whenever he's in trouble and being like "ugh I have to save him I guess..." like no he doesn't have to no one is forcing him to he just want to because he don't want to lose him again

Warning: mentions of self hate and suicide.

It's probably because of built-up self-hatred and the want to keep the ones he cares about safe.

So, like, he probably hates himself because, while I haven't read the whole book, it seems to encourage a lot of self-hatred for himself when it comes to Wukong.

And, while it has been a while, the only thing that has been keeping him from... Y'know, is likely his immortality, ego, and want to put his masters efforts to use.

His master worked hard to fix him. It'd be a waste to get rid of himself.

So, he kept going.

Now, during these recent events, he's probably had flashbacks and internal panic attacks about the whole golden hoop thing. He's probably been having a terrible spiral into more self hate.

Combine that all with the current situation, one of the people he deeply cares for is trying to sacrifice themselves for the world and won't stop for anything.

So, the logical solution(to him)?

Sacrifice himself instead.

He can kill three birds with one stone..!

He can off himself finally, the kid can live on, and he'll save the world, which is the only thing he's good for.

So... Yeah, I understand his thought process. :(

Mans needs therapy. Real bad. :p
