Georgabeth please! SFW 6, 9, 12 & NSFW 4, 13 💛
6. Going out to eat: Who pays? Who orders the most food? And who has dessert?
George is a Southern GentlemanTM to his bones and always tries to insist on paying, a battle Annabeth lets him win roughly half the time. They're absolutely the kind of saps who order food to share (George gets extra fries for her, AB gets extra tomatoes for him, etc.) and AB has the biggest sweet tooth but she usually gets George to join in.
9. Is someone multilingual? Do they try to teach another language to the other? How does it go?
They both took French in high school, but neither one of them really retained anything useful. (Although when they travel Europe together, they do try to brush up on their kindergarten level fluency). George has picked up some Spanish here and there over the course of his law career as well and he does end up teaching AB some basic stuff when she gets really into telenovelas during one of her pregnancies!
12. Can they stand silence? Who talks the most? Who talks the least?
They're very comfortable in silence, but they are both naturally talkers that silence is actually pretty rare. I'd say AB talks slightly more, but that's just cause George just loves hearing her talk.
4. Oddest place they’d have sex?
Oh they definitely joined the mile high club at some point during their travels. It was fun for the thrill of it all, but they ultimately decide it's just a wee bit too claustrophobic to became a regular travel past time.
13. Who’s loud? Who’s quiet? Does one try to make the other louder/quieter? How?
When George was living on the house boat and AB having her own house and all, they could both be as loud as they wanted. It's a struggle to learn how to be quiet once George is in Nashville and sharing a wall with Meatball and the Truitts, but that learning curve pays off years later when they have a gaggle of kids living in their house. I'd say they're both equally vocal, although AB has definitely pulled the ole "go down on him while he's on an important phone call" trick more than a few times just to tease him.
