Tough Ride Today

I set out to do 3 hours today but I just didn't get that far. I managed two hours with 28.65 miles and the whole time was a struggle. I thought I was riding much slower than I normally do and I couldn't seem to make my legs spin higher than 75-80 most of the time. In the end it turned out that I was actually riding faster than I did last week - 14.0 mph instead of 13.5mph. 

I'm also setting a schedule for myself this week in hopes I can stick to it and get my miles up. My work schedule is pretty good and Jesse (wife) is out of town this week on business so there really isn't a reason that I can't.

Tuesday: 15- 20 miles

Wednesday: 20 - 30 miles

Thursday; 30-40 miles

Friday: 15-20

Saturday: 15-20 miles

Sunday: Rest

Hopefully I'll get at least 130 miles
