Hey Simmers! Long time no see! All the personal stuff I’ve been dealing with for the last year is basically over so I have some time to hop back into Sims. Last night I did my first build in almost a year! I’ve forgotten a lot of things and I know I have a lot to catch up on in the building world but I had a lot of fun making this shell. One of my sims families needed a new home; I had been hoping to make over the Rustic Residence home in Windenburg but instead of doing another addition & remodel I decided to start from scratch.

This thatched roof home is three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a small room off the kitchen that can be used as a pantry or anything else you’d like. Personally I’m thinking of taking the wall out for a little extra space. I set this on a 20x20 lot to take the pictures for the gallery but the Rustic Residence is 20x30 so room for gardens, farm animals, etc. The Cats & Dogs pack was only used for the porch lights and the fireplaces so it’s not really necessary to have that pack, the rest of the packs were used for the actual build. This build also used the Move Objects cheat. No CC. Total cost: 37,364 simoleons

BOI NEEDS SOME MORE CONTENT ON HIS DASH

So I’ve been gone a little while… About a year and a half in total. 

And I’ve come back to Simblr to once again share my gameplay screenshots, I missed having a place to post them, I missed being here.

Problem is, a lot of people left whilst I was gone, and currently I only have about five active blogs on my dashboard, and that’s not enough, I want to see more, I know there’s still a lot of amazing Simblrs out there, and I’d like to check them out.

I’m mostly looking for Maxis Match blogs that share, anything TS4 or TS2 related, (gameplay, edits, custom content).

So far I think Cassandra's room is my favorite. I'm just now working on decorating Alexander's. I kind of like not having a rug in Cassandra's room so thinking of leaving it that way.

I decided to re-redo my Goth house. I so wish we had wall mounted mailboxes. Debating drawing the fence more across the walk/driveway. Just need to finish clutter deco on the inside. It's kind of hard though since Cassandra and Alexander don't live there anymore but I gave them rooms, so not sure what to do with them exactly.

I finished my second remake of the Goth house. I had a hard time sleeping last night because I wanted to put that wall all the way across and put the gates in and then when I finally loaded up the game the fences glitched and it would only put in the posts and I couldn't put in the gate until I rebooted the game! Some of my doors and windows keep glitching too. I'll put this up later probably but need to go to bed soon and I kind of want to play test it tomorrow.

Some peeks at my latest build. I’m building a couple housing options for Candy Behr and Don Lathario and their four kids plus Yuki. This is the first house. I have three or four other ones I want to try and build but I really like this one for their family. I almost had a heart attack with it though be cause I had done all this terrain paint, saved obsessively, and then when I loaded up my game today all the landscaping I had done while painting saved but the painting itself hadn’t saved. I redid it all and kept checking ever 10 minutes and thankfully it’s saved intact this time.
