From what we could gleam of this, it seems like it goes into more detail on Joker than it does Ryuji. Maybe it's Joker's thoughts on the various food represented by his teammates?

From what I can tell 'al ajillo' seems to be a Spanish condiment used in a lot of recipes, particularly for shrimp, by the looks of it - per Chibi - 'Patsukin' is 'kinpatsu' backwards. 'kinpatsu' means blond or golden hair.
