Yeah like they did the whole melting thing and then Glinda comes back onstage and there was some kind of trap door situation and they cast a shadow of Elphaba running away while Glinda watches bittersweetly. It struck me as incredibly odd but it was a show at the Pantages in January I think of 2019, I'm not sure if they're still running that ending or why they did that night
