no because on a lore level or just an emotional level I love that house so so damn much. it's pretty much always the first thing I do in a playthrough after leaving the plateau

but on a gameplay level? god it annoys me for so many reasons, included but not limited to:

the bed should be a soft bed at least. you have to pay to have it but it offers no additional benefits? that sucks compared to other free beds you can find (like selmies cabin, the cabin just past fort hateno, the bed at the reservoir in zoras domain)

I am so mad that you cant store additional weapons. like the 9 display cases are cool but for a game where the main combat mechanic relies on your weapons breaking it would be real nice to save the good ones, especially non respawnable ones.

and a lil wardrobe so you can store armour and clothing? that would be so cool. with amiibos you cant even carry every armour item, ESPECIALLY if you do what I do and end up carrying multiple sets of the same but in different colours. extra storage would be awesome

it's not a massive deal but like. there is a kitchen inside. why is it only decorative. why do you have to walk outside to cook anything. for that matter meal storage would also be cool, since you can only carry 60 meals at once and I tend to fill up on elixirs

would also love to be able to actually sit in the chairs

I think it's also a crime that you cant customise the photos in the house. there is a photography mechanic and it's barely useful aside from a few side quests. why can we not choose to display a few of the photos instead of the stock images we get in the photo frames on the walls in the house. the champions ballad dlc already let's you put that one photo on the wall, so it's possible. rude

idk who pointed it out to me but the flowers outside from a game loading perspective are...strange. if you burn them they degrade in a very specific way. in clusters, and they're set out very segmented. almost like they're SUPPOSED to be sectioned off, like in plots. as in, plots that would be good for farming. would it not be cool to be able to grow a few plants by your house? like wildberry or spicy pepper bushes for example, or herbs

we should also be able to put and keep living animals in the pond by the stable. I want to fill it with frogs. you can try but they all run away unless you get very lucky, and fish dont live if you drop them from your pockets

as someone who plays in a very roleplay vibes way it makes me so mad that the house isnt more customisable and useful in game. like pretty much all I use it for is to store the champion weapons, and occasionally for the bed if I'm in the area. it's just not useful enough to visit any more frequently
