it can be quite fun to look at nothing but pretty outfits for close to 2 hours straight and pretend the foyer of feminism is in fact its open plan house but good lord does it get so much more aggravating when you realize people came away from this chlorine bleached hollow candy cane stuffed version of a story with the conviction that it is insightful

#its so funny ! all of it ! especially the moments that were meant to be serious ! like yeah sure give america ferrerra her emmy but #you cant tell me there was something moving abt that speech in and of itself as a collection of words divorced from the emotion her passion #for a subject that might as well be unrelated brought to them (the words).........come on lmao. deeply unserious movie #although this does have me wondering how serious it was intended to be at all lolz far as ppl can be in general from engaging #with its deeper implications i do have to disagree w the idea of the movie trying. or ever having tried. to be anything other than #a fun pink blockbuster. which ig it is #if you wear horseblinders and then dont take them off when you edit + post yr little tiktok abt how good it was #sorry got a little bitter there. mostly ive been just laughing watching this. deeply unserious movie !!#speaking of repetition these ARE very surface level thoughts im aware. sorry for inflicting them upon everyone #esp given my biggest takeaway is that was a waste of 2 hours lmao. which is not sth i say abt time lightly or often #r.tv #sorry meant to say oscar not emmy LMAO
