15. What is their proudest moment / accomplishment?

It's so hard to sayyyy ughhhhhhh!!!!!

If you ask Vulture himself, he'd probably tell you this heroic tale that his proudest moment was when he saved someone in the near-death experience, or when he stood upon Hoover Dam with all of his allies by his side.

In reality, it would probably be something that is much, much easier to the regular onlooker - the fact that at some point, after a tremendous amount of mental suffering, Vulture stops covering his face and skin.

After that, everyone knew that he's a ghoul, and there was no going back.

But he's proud of himself.

23. How do they feel about physical touch / affection?

Vulture's an EXTREMELY tactile person.

He loves to dog pile with his loved ones, he constantly lays hands on people's shoulders, he headbutts dogs, he lifts up children to his shoulders (if they're not afraid of him).

Honestly, he may even cross a line sometimes, because he's not good with manners (he's still learning, so I'm giving him some slack).

Oh. And sometimes, he forgoes the line entirely. And intentionally.

Love it or hate it, Vulture often tries to intimidate people by getting in their space - if he cannot do this literally, then he'll start to mess with people's things, close and open the doors, light cigs where he's not supposed to and etc.

49. What item(s) do they always have on their person?

The poncho & a Pip-Boy, a few packs of cigarettes, and his diary from his past self. He loves to read the entries and wonder about what sort of person he was before losing his memory.

Oh, and it's written in Spanish, so he was only able to read most of the entries only when he regained his ability to not mix two tongues constantly (brain trauma, yeah).
