"home sweet home eve" Newt smiled opening the door to his rather messy flat eve giggled running into the flat with her teddy bear "well ill see you guys later" y/n smiled looking to leave back to her flat "y/n where are you going?" he asked her "back to mine, I figured you and eve need your time alone" she smiled "y/n, stay" he smiled holding her hand "even just for tonight?" he told her "I should really go" she said just as little eve ran up to them "are you gonna go away?" she asked "well I really should" y/n answered "but I haven't seen mummy for ages you can't just go" she said looking like she was going to cry "well alright, for you eve, and in y/n no mummy remember" she reminded her picking her up and carrying her around the flat "MUMMY!" she giggles "at least I get to spend the weekend with my two favourite girls" he smiled wrapping his arms tightly around y/n's waist kissing eve's head and then y/n's cheek causing eve to giggle "what?" he asked her "I like seeing how much daddy loves my nice mummy" she giggled before y/n put her down and eve ran off into the kitchen to get a glass of water "oh so daddy loves nice mummy does he, what do you two talk about then when I'm not around?" she asked with a laugh "nothing" he shrugged just as eve came back "daddy what are we gonna do today?" she asked "well, as it's not that late, how about me you and mummy sit and watch a movie and if your a very good girl we'll get you a takeaway for tea, then we'll tuck you into bed okay?" he suggested "yay!" she yelled running into the little bedroom she had in New'ts flat unpacking her little bags into her normal places for things "I'll get stuff ready, daddy" y/n giggled going into Newt's room and sorting a few things like getting a few extra pillows and Newt's huge duvet and laying it out on the sofa by the tv so Newt went into the kitchen and got their dinner sorted out when he got back y/n was sat on the sofa and so was eve, eve now in her little pink pj's snuggled into y/n's side as the movie menu came on "come on daddy your gonna miss it" eve yelled "I'm coming, I'm coming, I would have been so long if somebody wasn't such a piggy and ordering half the restaurant would I" he laughed picking little eve up and ticking her "NO daddy stop it" she yelled giggling like crazy "now where are you laying eve? I know how you like to wriggle" he asked her "I wanna lay next to mummy" she giggled trying to snuggle into y/n's side again "really you don't wanna come lay with daddy?" he asked her pretending to get all affended "no" she giggled "go on eve, go snuggle with your daddy, he's missed too terribly" y/n told her so she smiled and snuggled into Newt's side as they started the movie it went on for a while of course Newt and y/n being rather bored they had seen it a million times and eve even more then that but she still sat innamered by the screen till the doorbell rang "that will be dinner" y/n smiled "yay DINNER DINNER DINNER" eve yelled happily "ill go" y/n said trying to get up "relax, you get her up, ill get it" he told her getting up and going to the door just before he opened it he looked back into the room seeing y/n pick eve up and sit her at the table "come on eve, daddy's getting our dinner" y/n giggled sorting eve out he couldn't help but smile at the sight before getting the food from the man at the door before standing leaning on the wall looking at y/n and eve before for the first time in many many years slipping the wedding ring off his fingure andputting it on the side close by a broken photo from Newt and vickys wedding "daddy!" eve yelled so Newt quickly went in the room with them after they had eaten and finished the movie they tucked eve into bed stood around tidying up alittle "so...I should really be going" y/n said "oh.. go dont have to y/n you can stay here tonight if you'd like" he suggested "no I should really go" she said "y/n, why are you being like this?" he asked her "I dont know, I think its just seeimg vicky and all" she shurgged "y/n, stay tonight, just for tonight" he asked her "okay" she sighed "I cant say no to you and her, its the eyes" she laughed fluffing his hair and heading off to his room after a few minuets they where cuddled up in bed together "its odd"she giggled "what?" he asked her "we have been... well you know for a few years now, and I honestly think this is the first time I've ever laid in your bed" she giggled "yeah, sorry" he laughed "its okay" she smiled resting her head on his chest and slowly falling asleep

TIMESKIP:

when y/n woke up she woke to Newt kissing all over he neck and holding her hand tightly "wow, morning Newt" she giggled turning to be facing him "morning y/n" he smirked giving her move kisses "I think this is the first time I've woke up and your actually still here" she giggled "I know" he smiled "whats changed?" she asked "I don't know" he smiled "its also the first time that we have been in the same bed all night and not had sex" she giggled "I know, but who says we cant" he smirked giving her more kisses "the fact your daughter is in the next room Newt says we cant" she laughed "well be quiet" he smirked "your never quiet" she giggled "HEY!" he said a little offended "I'm kidding Newt, no I'm not in a sexy mood, I'm in a snuggle mood" she giggled cuddling into his neck "alright, snuggles, until eve gets up and runs in here like a hyperactive muchkin" he laughs pressing a tiny kiss to her hand "something different she said after a while "what?" he asked  she sat a little confused for a moment before taking her hand out of Newt's "whats the matter?" he asked "something odd" she said before taking his hand again she looked even more confused before grabbing his hand and looking at it closely "your ring? its its gone" she said very confused "yeah, you were right, its time I move on" he smiled kissing her
