i know cwil gets associated with a lot of different animals and i appreciate all of them, especially the canids and mustelids, but i raise you: Maned Wolf Wilbur

Maned wolves are native to South America where they are the largest extant canids and despite their name and coloration they are neither a wolf nor a fox. Maned wolves are the only species in the genus Chrysocyon (meaning "golden dog" in Ancient Greek: χρῡσο-κύων) and they are herbivorous!
