oh my god i want to frame this panel
#i want to write an essay about this panel#i’ve been trying not to nerd out over this but dunmesh does SUCH a good job of portraying like strange or weird or uncanny or surreal things#in a way that still makes sense. in terms of visual story telling.#this doesn’t always happen but the surreal i feel like it’s often really hard to portray in comics sometimes because of the format.#not saying it can’t be done or never has been. but more just like. it seems more complicated with the format at hand#WHATEVER whayever im not making much sense#but things i feel like are easier to portray in video or animation or movement in general#is done really really well in dunmesh and it never seems out of place too#sorry i really think ryoko kui is a genius from the future im serious i like cant stop staring in awe at dun mesh both as a fan and the#technical aspects of it and especially what goes into comics and manga#RAAAAAAAAAAH
