They never went to the Sallie house. They wanted to leave Buzzfeed and making their own network sounded way too exhausting. Ryan wanted to relax and start to settle down. He still wanted to continue his research into the paranormal though. Not a big production, maybe just make some videos and podcasts on his personal YouTube. Shane goes hunting for a “haunted” house they can move into so they can start a family together and Ryan can still do his research whenever he wants. He’s delighted when he hears about the Sallie house.

assuming this is abt the little sallie house au that lives in my head and THIS IS VERY CUTE!! in a world where ryan can stop working so hard and slow down a little. and probably where the sallie house is more of a milder haunt instead of the notoriety it has.
