Literally canon reads like an actual chapter in the manga fr. Like they're just so chaotic and such a big family and so comfortable with each other. They're all betting and akechi or Miko win and they all had to bet something of value (Tori bet his porn mags or something not that anyone's touching those. And akechi and Miko bet like jewelry or a watch and saiki bets like a slice of cake or coffee jelly) and then whoever wins gets saikis cake and Tori makes fun of him for crying over a fucking slice of cake 🍰 and saikis vein pops out of his forehead like "what was that u little shit?" He lunges at him and puts him in a chokehold and Miko whips out her bedazzled flip phone, her lil hello kitty phone charm practically slapping Touma in the face with the force of her whip. She's recording this shit live and like even doing different camera angles to get the worst lighting for Tori that makes him look somehow even more uglier (if that were even possible). And Touma is there commentating, he whips out a fucking microphone he had lying around somewhere and he'sike those football commentators talking all fast and shit and then once tori's face turns a matching shade of purple as his hair he passes out and hangs his fist on the floor in surrender before he falls limp. And then saiki gets up from on top of him and everyone is just standing around them in a circle by that point and all in shock and he's like whoopsie and he's low-key nervous like oh no I can't reset the bastard in front of everyone. But then someone starts to slowly clap (probs Miko or Touma) and the others soon join in, slowly applauding then gradually the crowd breaks out in cheers and hoorays and then nendou and aren hoist saiki up and toss him into the air "hoorah! Hoorah!" Everyone's celebrating until they hear Tori grunt on the floor and realize he's not dead yet and then the crowd disappears in boos.

The main Saiki friendgroup and pk psychics are mostly seperate group right? And Saiki acts deferently with both of them so what happened is someone from the main friendgroup (like Kaidou or sth) witnesses some "weird" Saiki behavior? Like Saiki being more sarcastic and mean or even violent thowards Toritsuka, while hanging out with him. Or he hears Saiki calmly saying "kill yourself" and he's shocked that Saiki, who is so nice and calm could say something like that, even to the germ. Or Teruhashi overhears a conversation between Aiura and Toritsuka that goes like: "Yo wheres Saiki" "oh he's stalking that guy again" "again? Damn he needs to leave that poor guy alone" and she's like "what? Stalking? I never thought Saiki was like that". Or the groups combine and they’re playing "who is the most likely to..." and there’s a question like "whos most likely to tell you to kill yourself/beat someone up" and the psychickers are automaticaly like "Saiki" "Saiki-san" "Kusuo" and everyone else questions if they even know him.

Hello! Thank you for your questions and excuse me for answering a bit late (I like to take my time, lol)

How has It been writing your first story?

Writing Verum has had a little up, then a giant down and now it has been going up again since this year. The first book took me three years to complete, while it is only more or less 15 k long! I began the second book this year in April, and I think it's at about 40 k words right now, nearing the end of season 1. So at the moment, it is going great!

What's the process like for you?

I write everything down that comes to my mind. Be it a whole book or a very small detail to some alien species' biology. That's kind of how I build the story in my head. When I begin with a book, I write down all my ideas for the book and what should roughly happen in the different parts. One to five sentences are enough, though sometimes I also write down more, depending on how much I already got in my mind.

When I wanna write a part, I first make a description of it, where I just write down everything that comes to my mind and start to plot. It should be at least 500 words long, though recently it's been getting more and more. My newest description is over 2.6 k words long, longer than my minimum word count of 1.5 k, woopsies.

Once that is done I start actually writing the part. Like I already mentioned, my minimum is 1500 words, but my parts have been becoming longer too. The latest part is over 7 k words long, also woopsies.

I always give myself one month to write 10 k. And until now, I have always reached it. I use NaNoWriMo to keep track of that. Giving myself a goal to reach has really helped me!!!

I edit in between of my "writing months". For example, I write three parts, edit them, write another three parts, edit all six of them, write another three parts, edit all nine of them, and so on and forth.

Not sure if I understood your question right, but I hope this answer is good enough!

Has it gotten tough to stick with it?

Writing the first book really has been tough. I had no... Discipline nor motivation. That's also probably why it's not that good. It's kind of half assed, I guess?

But since writing the second book it has been going wonderful! The toughest part of it is actually figuring out how to write some things, or when there are plot holes and I don't know how to fix them. Or simply just beginning to write. But once I start another month, I have no other choice but to write.

How do you go about issues in your writing?

So, while I write the whole part for the very first time (after the description), I try to ignore all issues and questions that pop up and simply just write them into the text (like this). One of the simplest issues is for example:

There's a part where Arushi and Zri'Kla go hunting. They live in an Indian jungle, but I don't know what kind of animals live in an Indian jungle. I need one though that isn't too big to carry, but it also needs to have enough flesh on it to feed them for a little bit. So instead of thinking about what animal it is while writing, I simply just write down something like this; "The arrow pierced the (animal)'s flesh". I solve all issues while editing.

But when it comes to issues that affect the plot and stuff like that, I have write down the questions on notes. I often think about Verum throughout the day, so my questions often just get randomly answered. I just need to write it down before I might forget it again.

I think my own brain sometimes gaslight me though. I have a question and a simple answer that is not good enough. I look for a better one, but can't find one. And then suddenly I think that the first answer is alright I think it's a form of giving up.

PolyMed Au where Hawkfrost DOES fake all the signs- he hunts down a white moth from twoleg place, and carefully shreds the wings as to give one cat each section. But he makes a small tear on Mothwings, and while she's so happy for being chosen, in the back of her mind she knows that something is wrong.

Hawkfrost would have to be sneaky though... maybe he originally makes friends with Mudclaw to learn how to sneak into Windclan camp.

He spent a long time picking out Leafpool and Rowanstare(Claw), as he knows that Mothpaw has a MAJOR crush on Leafpaw(Him trying to be *nice* re: manipulation), and he knows that Rowanpaw is well liked and a smooth talker- something he could use for later.

But Crowpaw? He didn't spend long. He honestly didn't really want to pick one from Windclan that was a paw- Nightpaw was far too bossy, and Crowpaw was an outcast. Mudclaw often ranted about how he didn't follow instructions, was snappy, and closed off.

But on the way to Windclan camp, he accidentally runs into a dog. Woopsie. And he has to go fast, as the Windclan nightwatch will be noticing the comotion soon. So he hastily slips into the apprentice den, and places the moth wing next to Nightpaw. She's still better than Crowpaw, after all.

But in the dark, with two black cats?

He messed up, and chose Crowpaw instead.

Fox-shit.

I imagine that a big part of TNP would be him trying and failing to manipulate the Polycule, lol. BrambleclawBLOOM would maaybe be less of a dick, and Hawkfrost would instead focus on more influential cats. Or Brambleclaw would still be a dick, and would be mean to Leafpool... there are a lot of ways you could go with it!

and sorry for filling your inbox with ramblings about this au, I just. really am inspired by it. will definitely not write things for it nope not me yes maybe anyways!

Help yourself to any ideas you fancy and keep sharing, please. It's my pleasure to provide and seeing others be inspired and build upon the ideas I put out into the fandom is literally the fulfillment of my highest aspirations as a writer. I'm loving all the ideas here.

If I may interject here, and feel free to discard any suggestion you don't like,:

In my vision the chosen cats are often fresh apprentices, with perhaps some leeway into 7 to 7 and a half moons old roughly. You don't have to abide by it, of course, but if you wanted to, I think it adds interesting extra challenge to maneuvering the setup with Hawkpaw and all his chosen apprentices. Also in my vision it's really important they're 4 and they're very close in age, perhaps having the signs be dismissed if not all 4 clans get a moth's wing omen.

So Hawkpaw must know if he goes through with it he has to get someone from WindClan so in absence of a good choice he might have to maneuver between who could be the least worse one. Though the idea that he ended up chosing Crowpaw because in a haste he couldn't tell her apart from Crowpaw is amusing.

In a similar vein if Hawkpaw is a young apprentice I also see it hard for him to be really acquainted with Mudclaw personally enough. He could be very observant and pick up on a lot about WindClan dynamics hearing him talk, but as a 6-7 moon old... Perhaps their connection can come later as in his effort to manipulate the polycule he comes to interact with Mudclaw in an effort to learn whatever could possibly help him puppeteer Crowpaw's strings best.

Bramble(thorn, if I may shill for my preferred rename) could be a really important chess piece in Hawk's strategy I feel! Not only emotionally vulnerable and with an easy connection to him by blood, he also has connections to Firestar and indirectly to Leafpaw on account of Squirrelpaw. Plenty of room for him to be of importance.

Also, honestly I love that you included the detail of Hawkpaw choosing Mothpaw's crush because he knows of it. I can see an angle there that is both kind of sweet and showing that he has affection for her in his heart while also hinting at how truly manipulative he is. That's juicy, favorite part of this whole thing.

Anyways ur SOOO RIGHTTT !!! Miko def has like whole photo albums in her gallery just dedicated to her friends. One for Chiyo pics and one for Mera pics and one for TERU pics and then one for the psychickers. The only reason she doesn't have a separate one for saiki is bc he never lets himself get pictures taken unless they're in a group in public and he can't get out of it without using his powers. But most of the time the photos he's in are awful bc he ends up moving last minute and ends up looking like some blurry monster and he likes it that way like hell yeah I'm not gonna be perceived today bitches !

Chiyo pics are always somehow like God awful in her eyes she thinks she's so like not photogenic and that every angle of hers is a bad angle she's always criticizing the pics and making Miko take multiple over n over and deleting them n stuff (which she never does bc she thinks Chiyo slays in all of them). And sometimes Chiyo will let loose a lil and end up playing this lil photo game with Miko where they have to make the ugliest silliest faces on purpose for the pic and it's all fun and silly until Miko tries making a photo collage of Chiyo for her birthday to share it with all their friends and it's just silly photos of her nostrils flared and eyes crossed ☠️ poor Chiyo is horrified but nobody even cares how silly she looks thankfully. ALSO THEY DO THAT GIRL THING WHERE THEY STEAL EACH OTHERS PHONES TO TAKE A BUNCH OF RANDOM CONSECUTIVE PICTURES OF LIKE THEIR FOREHEADS FACE EYES CHIN CEILING FEET LEGS ETC LIKE ANYTHING AROUND THEM JUST TO SPAM THEIR CAMERA ROLLS

As for Touma, let's just say if u thought Saiki looked like some blurry monster then ud be horrified by Touma pics bc somehow he's always looking at the camera and some fucking how there's always some kind of creepy shadow on his face or his eyes are dull and lifeless and he quite literally looks unsettling. Funny thing is u'll never catch him accidentally blinking in any of the pictures either somehow... Don't ask how.

As for Tori, he likes making the ugliest and silliest poses imaginable and is completely unashamed in fact he thinks it makes him look cooler too. He unironically does a duck face and double peace sign (like the fucking bisexual loser he is) and he purposefully makes that fuck boy face where u bite ur lip and wink and put your hand up to your chin ugh Miko actually is so annoyed yet amused when he pulls that shit. It's so fucking overdone and yet she never grows tired of seeing him pull that shit bc it's so fucking hilarious for some reason. But at least she can count on him to be unafraid to make the silliest ugliest faces ever. It's funny bc sometimes she just has him smile or like be natural and then ends up criticizing his ugly expression and when she shows the photo to him he's like "I wasn't making a funny face tho" and she's like woops never mind guess thats just ur face 🤭 and he's like HEY ! all indignantly. And ur so right that he takes a bunch of photos at first he's like reluctant and acts so annoyed when Miko forces him to take selfies of her but then he gets into it bc 1 he gets Mikos permission to eye her up he'll take any excuse and 2 he actually likes taking photos and finding the right angle and lighting like damn he absolutely loves seeing Miko look stunning in the photos he takes and praise him like it makes him so happy it makes the photoshoot more enjoyable. He takes pics bc Touma probs has really Shakey hands and all his photos are a lil blurry or he takes very like serious shots that aren't dynamic enough for Miko they just got different sense of tastes and styles yk and kusuo refuses to be a camera man so the job falls on Tori automatically. But the psychickers all have fun taking pics eventually and love each other's faces and expressions bc they're so different <3

when he was 4 and she was 10, he promised that once he was old enough, he would marry her and make her queen of infernalis, and she would never have to work again.

now that he’s 10, they’re very close. she changes his clothes every morning and today she noticed the faint beginnings of an incubus marking on his lower stomach…

OK SO MUCH TO UNPACK HERE. UM!

Ok Abt the love thing! Ur so right it's not "love" it's just how he understands the concept of love because he's never ever really truly experienced love (whether he's been on the receiving end or the one giving it). He doesn't receive love from his parents or the monks who are basically his guardians, nor does he receive it from his teachers or classmates who despise him, and he doesn't really have any friends or family he can receive it from either. The only friend he really has is saiki and we all know how saiki feels about him (or at least how he treats him). And this concept or idea of love that he believes in ties into him being a pervert or at least labeled as one and into his hypersexuality. The only love he's ever experienced or the closest feeling he's ever felt to love is lust because that's a bit more tangible and concrete, he can feel it right between his legs and he knows how to make himself feel it, it's just one click of a button away. Unlike love, that has always felt so out of reach and unattainable for someone like him. If his own parents don't even love him, then why should he expect anyone else to? So all he's truly known is lust and pleasure and obsession, all things and feelings that are similar to love, that come as close to it without ever really truly reaching it.

Also what does it say about Tori and his views on love when he says he goes all out against girls he doesn't really harbor any romantic feelings for. What does it say about him that he gets shy around girls he actually likes and actually feels attracted to romantically and not just like carnally or physically? What does it say about him when it turns out the first girl he fell in love with was a fucking ghost? His first one true love, the one that stays with you your entire life, something so special, that place was taken by someone who's dead. Not just dead, no, she's a ghost. And as we've been constantly told, ghosts are pure and innocent. So of fucking course toritsuka would fall in love with a ghost, because he already views humanity as this wretched wicked thing. Why would he fall in love with a human girl who will just end up abusing him and making him feel bad? Why should he give humanity that benefit of the doubt? Why should he believe that any girl who's alive deserves his love which is solely reserved for those who actually deserve it because they're pure of heart ? Despite people thinking Toritsuka just throws himself at anyone and everyone and that he's desperate for love, despite his attempts at a pass at any girl that breathes, maybe we're all thinking of it completely wrong. Maybe he's not desperate at all for actual love because he knows that he won't receive it and nobody is deserving of it if they're alive because they're all sinners, but maybe he'd just filling his carnal and earthly desires before he will no longer be able to do them. After all once he's a ghost he won't be able to touch anyone or anything.

Yk how he's got this coping mechanism of touching people and hugging them as a result bc he couldn't discern living from dead when he was younger? Well maybe that's what this lust is all about. Maybe that's why he's trying to get laid so desperately, because touching isn't enough. Brushing shoulders, knuckles, holding hands, hugging, none of it will ever be enough. In order to truly feel alive he's gotta go all out and what's the ultimate form of love? What's literally called "love making"?

saiki sees all the evil in everybody all the time that they internalize but toritsuka externalizes all his evil and internalizes all the good which is why he has such good eyes and smth abt saiki mostly seeing the internal and it usually outweighing the external like an iceburg

However,Woopsies this one took a while, had to condense my thoughts here and there because I don’t wanna share everything just yet (I want to talk about them more later down the line)

First Impression: I seem to have a trend of not paying much attention to one character at first and then becoming obsessed with them the next time. Anyways I just thought of the Auditor as the silly flame guy. Who had a whole agency to kill one single guy (what a loser (affectionate) Idk i just thought they looked really cool (gender envy) (another factor of me realizing I wasnt cis)

Impression Now: MANY MANY THOUGHTS, several discord messages with my friends are just about me rambling about Auditor, hell I have like 2 or 3 docs with hc’s/analysis’ about Auditor. But basically, I like to think that they’re the youngest of the employers (yes they’re all siblings, i love the employer siblings hc so much) and i think that sorta facts in with how they’re like rlly stupid and just kinda incompetent (like have you seen how much he struggled to fight hank in his mag form?) plus its been mentioned that they’re the only one of the employers to actually interfere directly with Nevada, which kinda gives me that “younger sibling that wants to prove themselves to the others but ends up messing up horribly as they’re very impulsive and kinda foolish” Also think they’re like secretly very interested in nevada and the people there, sorry i just kinda think they fit the like ‘sheltered disney royalty’ trope. ALSO!!! I think they rely too much on just how much command and how they’re like a literal god, and they just rely on that sorta status when really it weren't for all that, she would be almost powerless i think, Which i think rlly factors into how we seem him struggle a lot in fights against hank and why like in project nexus they just make people take care of everything for her. Also ermm I think they’re also like rlly into flashy entrances like the whole pillar scene thing where it rises and theres like flames everywhere, what a showboat (affectionate). So in conclusion, secretly very curious and a bit foolish while also thinking they’re above everyone else and having a really really short temper. Also ermmm took the lil tidbit of Auditor liking sugary things as a secret soft side, which I will talk about later and also ermm also gets embarrassed easily. Sorry I'm all over the place woopsies.

Favorite moment: FAVORITE MOMENT IS DEFINITELY THE WHOLE LIKE UHHH AUDITOR RISING ON THAT PILLAR AND WAVING THEIR SWORD AS LIKE A BUNCH OF FLAMES CAME UP. THAT SCENE WAS SO SO SO GOOD!! ALSO WHEN THEY TURN INTO A LITTLE BLOB AND SLIDE AROUND!!!

Idea for a story: MANY IDEAS, like one that explores the sibling dynamics in the employer family + Maker (yes i think Maker is the “father” of the employers) (he just created them from thin air and went “My kids!!! I love em!!”) anyways a lot of stories for that, sorry I love family content. For other stories, I have a bunch of au ones like the one where Auditor and Phobos temporarily took care of the knight in my madcom x hk au. Also have a few ideas of how I think Auditor views humans/nevadas and all the things that confuse them. Also a few on his day to day and like her decreasing mental state (sorry they’re my fave character ever and that means they have to suffer through the horrors) oh and a lot, a lot, a lot of Auditor/Phobos ideas, love these 2 sm. Yet also ermm will put them through the horrors (I have several solo fics about Auditor dealing with Phobos death and post fall of Nexus time) but also just a lot of stories exploring their dynamic and how i think it would develop

Unpopular opinion: Ummmm not sure here honestly since I havent heard too many people talk about Auditor sadly but ermm I guess just like a lot of people kinda brush over Auditor a lot and ermmm it makes me so sad because they’re actually so so so interesting, idk it that counts as an unpopular opinion or whatever but like eh

Favorite relationship: If you’ve been on my blog for a while, I think we all know what I'm going to say. AUDITOR AND PHOBOS!!!!! Love love love these 2 so so so much. Guys I need more people to like this pairing so I can ramble about it more. LIKE GRGHAHH love these 2 evil bastards being in love. So many hc’s about them (I have dedicated doc for them) (and a bunch of short ideas) (might share some them here tbh…) But graghhh love thinking that Auditor decided to interfere with Nevada and ended up having to work with Phobos’ annoying ass only to slowly fall in love with him. Sorry, I just really like to think about how their relationship would develop. Phobos would go from teasing and joke flirting with Auditor for Auditor to turn it around on him, until the Auditor deemed it “far too unprofessional” and called a truce. (they still hated each other but they decided to might as well try to put up with each other for the sake of this “business” relationship (ended with them growing closer and learning more about the other) (which led them to find solace in each other’s company, and enjoy their little friendship until they realized wait a minute I'm like actually in love with you, how is this happening) LIKE GRGAHHH love these 2, their dynamic is so silly.

Favorite hc: All of mine (/hj) but tbh the good thing about having a favorite character that isn't talked about, is that you get to make all the hc’s yourself. And oh boy do I have a few (MANY) but we’re doing favorites so I’ll keep this as short as possible. Auditor has a more dragon like form, which he just has large wings, a tail and horns, which means he can fly around YIPEEE!!!Also its very easy to tell Auditor’s emotions just by looking at their flames, flames will like flicer much more slowly and droop a bit when stressed/tired, when they’re furious, their flames will rise and spark violently, when they see something they like (or someone (hi phobos), little heart shaped sparks will emit from their flames, etc etc. Also like I mentioned before, very curious about mortals in nevada, despite seeing them as below them, Auditor finds them very interesting especially Phobos (they’re gay) ALSO!!! An awful cook, they just summon food they like out of thin air and will set the kitchen on fire if they try to cook anything. Also of course the usual touch starved and attention craving hc, this guys craves some sort of affection. Also!!! Definitely gets teased about her crush on Phobos by their employer siblings. Oh and woops angst jumpscare but Auditor would pick up Phobos’ smoking habit (yes I hc that he smokes) after Phobos dies as a coping mechanism. Couldnt let you guys off that easily. (evil little grin)
