am I the only one who was really not feeling the call0wmoore last ep? like I have been a fan of it up until then, but idk the force/pressure of it from others soured it for me

can't lie I'm also all about slutty aro fearne, at least still for now, going by her own behaviour still (and I hate the idea of in time falling into monogamous romantic love as ~character growth~), she can get with whoever she wants call that personal investment, but it's kinda wild how much that last episode turned me off the pairing? shrug emoji

maybe it's also in part that Ashton on a whole as a character is someone who I flip flop on how much I can tolerate/enjoy wildly, though yeah I have enjoyed the two of theirs shippy interactions up until that ep, even if he was annoying me as a character during some of those times (and I'm also aware/assume that he is meant to be abrasive fairly often) wasn't so much down to their fault really, it was what to me felt like the outside influence and me just not getting that reading from fearne in that situation.

• Send me any questions that ask about what would Sun and Moon do if you were harming yourself no matter the severity or the circumstances. It makes me uncomfortable and I shouldn't have to explain why.

• Spam the same ask especially everyday! That is not gonna get me to answer you. Spamming = Block I am not going to be lenient about this anymore!

• Send me an ask to change Y/N's body type.

• Expect me to answer your ask right away. If I could answer them quickly I would but that's unrealistic for me

• Nitpick my art, it's very demotivating especially if it isn't a helpful critique. Like yeah you can point out bad anatomy or perspective, but if you get on me for making Sun's eyes glow in the dark, then that's just a nitpick.

• Tell me you don't like my art style, but you like my comics. It's not the compliment you think it is!

• Be rude to me in your ask, that's just gonna get you blocked. I ain't putting up with it anymore.

• Send me roleplaying asks, this counts if you send me an ask roleplaying as an OC or character. I always get confused because I get sent info that I have no idea what they are saying because I know nothing about the Oc or character. I just don't know how to respond to it.

It's rest in sodaroni ! It's a play on the phrase rest in pepperoni. I made a joke about it a while ago with my sibling and decided to make it my username lol. Yes I know separating the words would have been ideal, but I'm not changing it now!

Sure you can! As long as it’s sfw then its fine!

How come you haven’t answered my ask?

Well that’s because I get sent A LOT of asks. And a majority of them need comic responses which takes time to do. Not to mention my schedule is pretty hectic, even when I have free time I don't know if I'll have time to myself lol.

And I have other projects, art, and my Daycare Attendant fics I want to work on too sometimes. So just know if you send in an ask it may take me a while to answer it!

As for AL + DG signing my art, I know they both have over the years. I'm always humbled when ppl bring it to them, i'm genuinely excited for folks to have their stuff signed and i love when they enthusiastically share their stories. It's one of the things I miss the most about tabling at cons.

I saw on twitter a couple of Richonners had some stuff signed the past couple of weeks. Links for refence: Mrs G, MrsG again, Dianne and Dianne again and not gonna lie, i'm a little jealous cause they both brought some things with them that I'd love to get signed myself! lol

Hi anon! Sorry this took a bit longer. I started to reply and then tumblr ate it and then the rest of that day and yesterday were not effective-communication days LMAO bees in the head...

3. What ideas come from when you were little

So I used to get in trouble for drawing gay smooching and gnc folks pretty often between 10 and 15 years old and then I just stopped showing people what I was drawing LOL But that's definitely an 'idea' that came from when I was little.

(Does anyone else remember that scanner software where you could colour on an image you'd just scanned into your computer with your mouse? circa 2002ish?)

Though I believe as human beings we are capable of change, and making very radically different changes... this hasn't changed at all for me LOL Also I guess a fascination with angels but I'll blame that on the baptism.

5. Estimate of how much of your art you post online vs. the art you keep for yourself

It used to be most of it but I'm definitely weaning that down for illustrations that depict my own intellectual property. I like to share things that I like with other people so it's difficult.

However, I've had correspondences with Tumblr's @support that have been less than reassuring as far as their willingness and/or ability (it wasn't explained to me) to help independant artists protect their work from being profited off by thieving spamdexxing sites like tumgir and other tumblr knockoffs. They were readier to look at and remove my own work from this platform than shake their fist at sites that steal the content hereon. I fully intend on publishing original work sometime in this lifetime, so it's important to me to take steps that protect my rights as a creator.

Nobody else is gonna do that for me. I checked. And my own resources are just too slim for that either. Though in Canada my intellectual property rights are theoretically ineffable, in practice that's not the case.

If that means I have to hold my cards close to my vest until a time comes where I can publish my work, I'll do my best to do that.

That said that's all for my own IPs. When it comes to things I don't hold the rights to, those get thrown up, and will continue to be uploaded, about 95% of the time! :D I have more content for fics that haven't gone up than fanart haha TBH the other 5% there is just wips that I don't feel are ready to go up yet. But if I give up I usually upload them anyway LMAO

A rough prototype SessKikKirin love triangle scene I wrote as practice as a way to cleanse the palatte with the crap we got with HnY after reading the Midomaru theory that is slowly evolving into something more. Originally posted in the Sesskik discord I thought why not share it here too. Maybe some of you here will enjoy this as well.

So long story short Kikyo is in a battle along with Sesshomaru and she gets badly injured by some bad guys. So she's recovering at Sesshomaru's castle.

Kirinmaru comes uninvited there cause he found out what happened.

And bring hers a bouquet of these flowers called Kirinmaru Peonies and to talk to her while she's recovering in bed.

The servant attending Kikyo are like "Lord Kirinmaru you can't just come to the Western Castle uninvited and enter Lady Kikyo's room, a woman's room like this" etc.

Sesshomaru ofc senses Kirinmaru is here, he's triggered and here's all the commotion.

Sesshomaru comes to the room

Kikyo becomes upset when he sees Sesshomaru. Knowing that this gonna lead to a bad situation

Kikyo think thinks to herself "Oh no. This cannot be happening"...

Kirinmaru: "Well if isn't Lord Sesshomaru. I"...

Sesshomaru clearly bothered irritated and trying to hide his jealousy

Sesshomaru: "Spare me your excuses. What are you doing here? You know very well I despise uninvited guests".

Kirinmaru slightly smiles. Amused.

Kirinmaru: "To see her of course. First and foremost. She has become dear to me. You already know that, don't you? I wouldn't like her to die especially thanks to your carelessness".

Sesshomaru begins to frown. He's starting to become angered

Kirinmaru: "Since you seem to want more explaning. Well, the other reason I'm here is too show you that I took care those who dared to touch her. You don't need to bother finding them yourself anymore"... He says with a slight smile still on his face.

*Jaken who just came in and the servant hearing what he said*

Kikyo is shocked and embarrassed thinking, almost wishing she was dead. She doesn't want to be here. She doesn't want to be a part of this. These men are important to her and the least she wants to do is indirectly cause a fight between them and seem them hurt.

Jaken and the servant are in shocked more. They can't believe. The audacity. He stole HIS kill. His intended prey. He stole the VENGEANCE he wanted. Kill Stealing is sometimes considered a huge insult among demon nobility. Kirinmaru didn't just insult Sesshomaru infront of his servants and Kikyo. He humiliated him. Especially infront of someone he seemingly had interested in. Someone who he had begun to see as an equal but to Sesshomaru it wasn't just that...

She was someone who he had begun to truly fall in love with.

Kirinmaru made a gesture for someone to approach.

One of his servants shows up with a large silver platter. On it something or more pricesly somethings seems to be covered with a cloth. Kirinmaru takes his clawed hand and lifts it. There lay 3 heads. Bloodied all still seemingly stuck with expressions in agony. Like he had ripped them off their bodies while they were still alive...

Sesshomaru looks down upon these. No longer just starting to frown. He was clearly very angered. His blood was starting to boil. Holding his composure he could only think "How dare him..."

Then he looks up at Kirinmaru as he begins to speak once more

Jaken as he looks on what's unfolding infront of him thinks to himself "oh no, Oh no, Oh no. If these two start fighting now... They could possibly destroy the whole West"... Kirinmaru: Well then. I'll be taking my leave now. He turns to Kikyo I hope you enjoy those flowers. You don't have to plant them really if you don't want to. I have enchanted them to stay alive on that vase so you can keep them close if you so desire it.

Kikyo: *Sweats drops slightly while trying not to look nervous and smiles* "That's good to know, Kirin. I was planning to leave then in the room"...

Sesshomaru: "Kirin?"... He says while he side eyes Kikyo.

Kirinmaru: "Well that pleases me". He says as he turns to leave while smiling.

Kirinmaru leaves and Sesshomaru turns to the servant and Jaken.

Sesshomaru: "The next time anyone lets him easily without permission... I'll kill you". He begins to leave but just before that his eyes flash red.

Kikyo calls out to him.

Kikyo: "Wait! Sesshomaru!".. but before she could finish he had already left...

Kikyo looks down at her blanket. Trying to hide her upset state from the others. Sesshomaru won't truly say it aloud but because of her and this he was upset....

Sorry folks that's all I got for now. Fun fact: Kirinmaru isn't just named after a type of Unicorn from Asia called the "Qilin" (Kirin in Japan). He's named after a flower called Kirinmaru Peony in Japan that's well loved there. The same flower shown in this KirinKyo fanart ^^
