ive found out that marshmallow root tea will like ,, prolong the effects of my ocd meds so i dont have 2 take another one at night
#theyre spency and i dont wanna up meds for night bc i wont be able 2 wake up properly#so ... trying alternatives#i cant be placebo'd bc my ocd is so severe i cant go an hour w/o medication#so im just sitting here wondering why it works#and i have no answers rn besides mmmh brain calm no scary thoughts#getting back in2 herbal practice stuff is nice#skullcap also helps?? but that shit knocks me out i like it only when i need 2 sleep super early and wake up at like .. 5 am#sorry 4 shitty typing my migraines r worse again so i cant see for donk#toby speaks#nita talks
