so basically i think orrin & wuxian couldn’t stand each other initially for some pretty understandable reasons but also they like both subconsciously thought the other was pretty neat & knew under different circumstances they would’ve made good friends. and then they DO meet again much later both quite different ppl from who they used to be & they’re like. i want to try this again. well they don’t say it out loud bc they have communication issues. but like basically they get to chatting. well ok it’s not that neurotypical. they’ll walk/sit in silence w little comments in between. and anyway they realize they rly like each others’ company so they make meeting up a regular thing basically
