I just had the longest nightmare ever, every time it ended it just started over slightly differently, I knew it was a dream/not real and tried to wake up but instead it was like turning off a TV and then I'd just wake up in a new, different version of the same dream.

#at first it was a movie and when the time was over it just didn't end #oof that was not fun #still can't move anything but my hands. so yeah sleep paralysis again I guess.#really do not like it #the one immediately before that was about my mother actually being a ghost for like my entire life. that was also not fun #soooo many nightmares in one night 🙃 how does my brain come up with so much new horrifying stuff every night 🤦#this is the only remaining side effect of my anxiety meds. I mean it has to be that because this is definitely new. I'll have to ask the #new psychiatrist about it I guess #oof the last few versions were so brutal and gory and I couldn't look away. I'm glad I have aphantasia so I at least can't see it now 🙃#personal
