I know it probably won't happen but... What if we have Super Shadow appearing in Sonic Prime S3 finale?
I'm leaning on the high possibility of the Chaos Council somehow get the shards back from Nine to believe in that, because then it would be only Sonic & Shadow vs them in the void (Any other setting would take away all of Shadow's chance to shine)
But since the Council have all the shards, Sonic & Shadow alone aren't able to really threat them, they are only able to hold them for a time at best, so at some point would be perfectly possible that Shadow was launched directly to "the eternity of darkness that decays all life" (Curiously Shadow called it full of certainity despite having no base besides it being completely in dark, with no light)
And then comes the plot twist: He discovers that inside the darkness exists a land mass (or more) and that they are sheltering the Chaos Emeralds and the Master too! (Basically just like that place everyone ends in Sonic '06 final act)
The presence of the Emeralds there could explain why there are no variants of them in the Shatterspaces as well as would be justified by their own great power (Because I can't believe such powerful relics would be so easily destroyed... Maybe thrown out the reality)
Anyway, while Sonic fights the Council until his last forces, complefely enraged for believing Shadow just got killed, Shadow would be collecting the Emeralds to then emerge as Super Shadow, saving Sonic in a dramatically perfect timing... Then within Shadow's return, or even before it, Sonic could somehow get inside the Council's ship and absorb the Paradox Prism's power by himself, so we could have the final battle being of Super Shadow & Prism Sonic vs Chaos Council's whatever...

Three things I learned with Sonic:
The name of dozens of species and colors I didn't know
Colorful Hedgehogs are the most powerful species in universe
Color is subjective
